I want to give you one note if you receive it. When we were sitting on the balcony and the person above us was also walking on the balcony, dust was falling on our heads. It would be good if you put something on the bottom of the balconies, because otherwise, sitting on the balcony is not very comfortable. If you fix this, next year two families will go on vacation

Overall the rules are a bit weird.. You are provided with a cleaning kit to leave everything tidy or you'll be charged Check in is at 16, check out is between 9/10, a big gap in my opinion, specially is you stay for one day. Wifi only available at reception, this is the most common complain, easy to fix, however, this haven't been done. Sofa bed is ok, if you have back pain better avoid it.

Location is great for hiking, short distance for near towns or cities. The apartment was comfy and clean. The receptionist was incredibly friendly.

Location was super close to hiking spots. Staff was super nice and welcoming. Paid parking spots available on the street (around 10€ per day). We loved the cosy environment and hope to come back!

It was very unhygienic. When we first arrived, there was a lot of hair (of a dog) on the ground. We cleaned everything up ourselves. The washdisher had a disgusting smell, thats why we didn’t use it at all. The fridge had also a very very bad smell, like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The gas stove where we cooked our food was very very slow. The beds made a lot of noise, we put the matresses on the ground and slept on the ground. The blankets were dirty!! They clearly hadn’t been washed! ‼️The most important thing: we were bitten by something, we’re not sure what it exactly was but we think it’s fleas or bedbugs!! There aren’t really restaurants where you can grab breakfast. A car is very much needed since everything is far away, like supermarkets.

It said for 5 people but it was really small . It only had 2 actual beds and the 2 sofa beds. The mattress were old and not confortable

I had read the less favourable reviews before booking but thought,'How bad can it really be for a short stay?' The main complaint - the room was beyond FREEZING. Even after the receptionist had told us how to maximise the heating and provided a supplementary heater, we shivered our way through the nights. There is no duvet provided, only stained sheets and unwashed wollen blankets that are not sufficient. We are from northern Europe and no stranger to the cold, but this was extreme. I would also recommend not to count on the sofa bed for a good night sleep. It is old and very uncomfortable. Bunk beds are extremely creaky with any movement made. Overall, I would highly recommend avoiding this property, even given the favourable price.

Parking is complicated, got a fine while parking in the street (at the reception we were told it would not be checked). Water tank is not sufficient for the whole family to take a shower.

That's the typical place that tries to make as much money with the minimum. -the manager (Ronnie) was agressive from the very beginning, making all communication with him very unpleasant. Trying to teach lessons about everything, to every customer (we saw him with other people) - no wifi except in front of the reception, only 1 banch outside, it must be a real battle and nightmare in winter for ski season - the electricity for the heating in the bathroom was half broken, making it dangerous, definitely not legal. - the electric stove display was not working properly, not safe - after nicely asking, he didn't let us leave the motorbike in the parking, still plenty of spots and moto doesn't take much space, so we ended up leaving it outside with people sitting on it - which kind of hotel asks customers to empty their trash at the end of the stay ??? For that price, it is outrageous. If we had payed 25€ per night, it would be alright, but not 58 !

The location is rather good (for summer and hiking, NOT for winter and skiing)

We called and asked about WiFi and mentioned it was needed for some important work video calls. We were told no problem and the wifi was good. When we arrived we were informed there was only WiFi in the front office and that they were installing WiFi in the rest of the building in the next couple of days. We stayed five nights and there was never WiFi installed. I am pretty sure the front desk guy was just lying. He was the same person we spoke to on the phone.

Beds are uncomfortable, both bunk beds and sofa bed. No wifi in rooms, very restricted in reception, with few to no space to sit or work with laptop... the checkin timings are too strict, requests were not acoomodated, giving some extra stress...

Most worst hotel in Andorra. Super unfriendly staff ! No how water, no one to talk with. Everything is too old and too used. No sound isolation at all, you can hear everything from neighbors No WiFi at the rooms ! Only on the reception ! They write credit card details by hand on the paper!!! Data leakage it's only about the time !!! Avoid this place. It's not worth even it's for free

NO WIFI!!!! Only at reception. In Andorra when you don't have internet if you are not a resident it is just unbelievable to not have wifi in an apartment. Very old, completely basic, uncomfortable, looks like time stopped 30 years ago here. Broken things, dump, unsafe electric wires etc. Needs a complete restoration/ renovation asap. Outside mattresses with mould/ dump make us sick. We've been a few times in Andorra and were always happy with our facilities but this one ruined our visit. Avoid!!!
