Lovely breakfast friendly owners and extremely clean. Its a pretty spot with easy outdoor parking. Newly refurbished. Its family run and is cosy and has a nice atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the pingpong table in the basement. Nice teas & cappuccinos in reception. Its a short drive to Canillo which has a pool with slides and an ice skating rink.

Although there was an espresso machine in the bar area, push button machines are used during breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is located within minutes of the ski bases - Encamp, Canillo, El Tartar, etc. There is an awesome restaurant just below the hotel and the staff will help with reservations. Our two-bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. Historic church located just steps away.

I last stayed here 17 years ago. I was not disappointed when I came back. Still the same owner who obviously takes great pride in his hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet surroundings so a great, undisturbed sleep. Good breakfast. Hopefully, one day, I'll be back again.

Watch out for coach tours that arrive from about 10am, so noise picks up a bit from then and the nearby church gets busy. Would still recommend and stay again though.

Wonderful staff throughout our stay, welcomed us, helped us park, charge our car (Type 2 ~11kW for small fixed fee) and gave dinner recommendation. Clean, comfortable room, good shower. Lovely location and views.

Great room in a very cozy family hotel. The room was spacious, the bed had a very comfy mattress and bathroom equipped with amazing shower. The location was perfect, right between Gran Valira and Pal y Arinsal, about 10 min by car to the ski lifts. It's a very tranquil location with amazing restaurant next door. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, breakfast in a form of buffet had all we needed to get energy for our skiing. They also have a storage room with lockers for your skis / snowboards. Definitely recommendable and repeatable, thank you!

Really hard to find any fault with the hotel or staff.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. With in minutes of arriving Jean-Philippe had us sorted with the best place to start on the resort and what to do about ski hire. Over the 6 days of our stay the staff pointed us to some super local restaurants. Be sure to check out the Restaurant Grill La Sangria on the main road, and the Restaurant Borda L'era Del Rossell just below the hotel.

Everything was perfect.

Wonderful stop on our trip. Perfect accommodations and well appointed. Gracious hosts that are very attentive to our needs. Only regret is not staying longer.
