    Absolutely nothing.

Superb and completely fitted apartment and host Caroline fantastic. She provided us with enough food until the following morning as the road (pass) from Lourdes was blocked due to snow and we didn't arrive until 9.45 p.m. and the local restaurants were closed. She doesn't speak English but understand that her daughter does. The location of Eaux Bonnes is good as a base as there is much to see and enjoy nearby.

Breakfast was very limited in choice. Boiled eggs peeled beforehand not a sanitary way. Bedding old style. Room was a little dark, giving on the access cul-de-sac of the hotel.

The parking in the underground, although tight to get in, was good. Location in the middle of the shopping area was good. Good value for money.

Although we asked for a double room, we had two separate twin beds. It would have been great to have a mini fridge in the room.

Location couldn't have been better for what we wanted to do (visit the spa at Caldea). It was a nice place to stay for a couple nights, and the hotel breakfast was really good.

The hotel is a little dated. Doors and other features look 70s or 80s. However this is just aesthetics, comfort is not affected. The quality of breakfast foods is quite average, with some lights and shadows, but it's included in the room rate and it's a 3 star hotel, so no complaint. Parking is possible on site at just 14€/night (compared to more than 26€ we paid at at a parking place nearby) but it's almost impossible to figure out how to access it, so call the hotel upfront for precise directions or you might not figure it out.

The location is excellent for both shopping and the Caldea spa, right off the main street, on a quiet passage. The lady at the front desk is very polite and friendly and check-in and checkout are hassle-free, takes just 2 minutes. We got a double room which had a couch with an extra bed underneath. Not needed, but it was good to have a big room and an extra place to sit. Bed was quite simple and and a bit small but comfortable enough. The room rate, while not cheap for a 3 star, it was quite reasonable considering peak season and the ridiculously high prices of other hotels with a similar customer rating. It also has a cafe/informal restaurant downstairs although we didnt try. All in all not the best, but ticks all the boxes so I'd return.

No serious complaints but it is difficult to get to by car unless you know the one-way system. Better, detailed directions on the website would help. The breakfast was, again, very good for a budget hotel but service was a slow in topping up the coffee and buffet although I coincided with a group of French teenagers who appeared to have been starving themselves for a week beforehand (very pleasant young people - just hungry)

It is clearly a budget hotel and should be assessed accordingly. The room was small but scrupulously clean and comfortable in a quiet location. Off street car parking was a plus and worth the additional charge.

Our feeling is that when you make the reservation through Booking, they give you the worst rooms. It's not the first time it happens to us when reserving through Booking. Tenim la impresió que pel fet de reservar a través de Booking et donen les pitjors habitacions, ja que no és el primer cop que ens passa quan reservem per Booking.
