Needs fresh air ventilation in the rooms at night as it is very very dry. Pool was small and floor very slippery and not inviting to guests.

Really great staff. Very nice ambience with the rooms facing onto the lounge areas rather than being along dark corridors so very light and spacious. Great location and good food.

The indoor pool is small so only any use for a plunge. Outdoor pool under snow while there - so can't to comment, it must be bigger. At the price in-room wi-fi should be included without the pfaff of having to login repeatedly. - just a password to access it which the device remembers.

Overall very good. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Facilities are comprehensive and very good. Location, for skiing, couldn't be better. Not cheap, I don't feel like I've had a bargain but it is value for money.

The fact you have to pay extra for the safe, the sometimes long wait for dinner and the WIFI was a bit sketchy

The friendliest of the staff, the location to the slopes and the quality of the apartment.

There is little else to do in the town outside the hotel. If you are happy to ski and stay based in the lovely hotel then it is perfect but if you are there with a non skier then they should take plenty to read! Had to pay extra for key to sauna which was odd because the steam room was included. The jacuzzi was always full of small children but to be expected for a family hotel.

Warm, comfortable, clean, well organised. Nice rooms with balconies, comfy beds, baths in the bathroom and drying rack/line. Spotlessly clean with daily maid service. We were there on Valentine’s Day and they left a half bottle of cava and some chocolates in the rooms - so thoughtful and a typically nice touch. Small pool with jacuzzi and steam room. Perfect post-ski. Food was buffet style - copious and good choice/range on offer. Ski straight to lift from hotel & straight back to hotel lockers afterwards. Staff were helpful and very courteous.

The staff is amazing, they help you arrange anything you need .Food is very good, they have daily specials, the quality is excellent and it is very nice to sit down to a meal and look at the snow and the mountain. The location is perfect and the ski lockers on site are very handy. The rooms are very cozy and beds are comfortable,it is quiet at nighttime. They have nightly entertainment in the lobby and multiple bars. They also have a bowling area that is a lot of fun. Loved this hotel!

    Nothing haha

The hotel was best I have stayed in Andorra, also the facilities were top quality. The food choice was way above what I had read or expected, that’s from a very fussy guest. If there was a negative to the hotel, the room was too hot overnight but an open window filled the room with fresh air.

The so called free wifi was a complete joke, move more than 10 metres from the router and you lose the signal. The hotel's excuses were twofold. 1. They frequently get lots of kids downloading masses of stuff and blocking the reception area! 2. The telecomms in Andorra is a monopoly & very expensive, so you get what you pay for!

Hotel is very comfortable. It's a great place, closed to the mountains, with excellent views and a great team working there to make the best of your holidays. Good breakfast with lots of different options to start your day. Also nice cafeteria to have some drinks and something quick to eat during the day. Wonderful garden with chairs and tables to stay outside. It's the second time I have stayed there and I really love this place. This time, unfortunatelly I had an accident while climbing mountains and I really appreciated all the support of the the hotel crew to help me feel as good as possible.

Big hotel and mountain environment is not a good match according to me. makes it very industrial. Screaming kids, huge messy restaurant, tons of car, 400 full rooms... let's say... chaotic. Was our choice as was good price (was last room available, room with no view (cars and rocks in the front).

it is just a normal hotel. something like a sheraton or a marriot. Rooms are good size and clean. Nothing really worth mentioning.

WiFi reception is very poor in general. You can get reasonable access in the downstairs lounge area, but it comes and goes and isn't any good for streaming. We also paid for WiFi in the room and that was very unreliable and rarely worked and was a waste of money, so in today's world, not having good WiFi available throughout is very poor.

The evening meal selection was great. There was always something for everyone. The location is fantastic for skiing as within minutes, you are on ski slopes and going up the chairlift.

The fact the hotel did not clean the snow at ramp conducting to the hotel. It is dangerous and did not made easy the cars to go out the garage for several days. Another point we dislike is the fact of treating the clients at the entrance of the restaurant ( a 4 star hotel) taking as model a cheap macdonald's restaurant. They make wait in the line with several tables free!!! Probably the lady who is at the door likes the clients lines ! Third, we did not like the paying Wifi, nor the fact that we had to pay the whole stay (7 days , 2 rooms)in advance, when we arrive, although the hotel got a copy the register of our credit card for guarantee.

The location for people going to ski is the best in the area. The decor and confort ate very nice. Food is at the expected level. The personnel simpaty and professionalism, with a fee exeptions, was good. Congratulations to those who engaged Claudio, head of the restaurant, and Junior at the spa. You did a good job and they support the good quality of your hotel. Good value for money.

Location amazing, locker room & ski hire right on the piste with immediate access to a chair lift - ski in ski out. Super facilities for kids - swimming pool and games room.

No free wifi in room, only in public areas. Swimming pool is very small comparing with the pictures. We bought forfait with inssurance at the reception. When we needed to activate that inssurance they didn´t knew anything about that , they gave us wrong information and send us to wrong office. When we came back the girl at the the reception was rude with us. In the end we had to discover the name of the inssurance company and also the phone number. We had to get mad to have that girl doing the phone call. All the other personal were quite friendly.

In the vast majority of aspects ok: location, rooms, food (breakfast and dinner), cleaning, facilities for skiing...

The quality was more of a 3 star than a 4 star. I think they got the 4th for the location. Very basic rooms - No kettle or coffee maker. No tissues. Short beds. Heard alot of strange noises from room upstairs - as if someone was rolling their suitcases on the floor all the time. Way too many basic services are paying - Pay for Wifi in room, pay for safe in room, pay for water at dinner - and what was really the last straw for me was paying for an obligatory swim cap when 1) We only used the jacuzzi 2) Nowhere on their website did they state you needed one or else I would have brought my own 3) Their own sign at the spa says you only need one for the pool, and even after arguing with reception, they said we must buy one. Poor service at the reception desk - Not enough staff to do the big weekend check-in especially as this hotel caters to large groups. Don't seem to care much about individual customers, they have tons of booking from large English tour operators.

One of the few true ski-in ski-out locations in Grandvalira. Good value drinks at bar. Nice to have billiards/bowling area downstairs.

The Food, Although the desserts were nice i found the only thing i could actually eat was chip sandwiches. We went to this hotel last year and the food was ok, just not this time

The beds/sleeping arrangements, quite a trek to reach the room/apartment, an increasing number of rude guests (since we first came a few years ago).

The quality and choice of food, the first class service of the staff, location (ski in, ski out)

Food is mediocre. The buffet meals look amazing but the actual quality of the food isn't that good at all. I wouldn't go half board again. We had to wait 30 mins to be seated one night even though we had pre paid

Location superb The lobby is nice but the noise carries right up the atrium at night.

Terrible customer service, rude unmotivated staff & managers Definitely not what you expect from a 4 star hotel Food, buffet breakfast and dinner disaster. Defrosted & tin food. Fruit was not right and still served. No table coffee service. Its all do it yourself until the last detail. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Big mistake for my husband and I. Queue for toaster, coffee machine and even to get a table! Needs a dust.

You must pay almost all the facilities a part, and there are little but important things that a four stars hotel would not be alow, like the suplementary bed, which is one of the worst I've ever seen.

So close to the slopes, you can ski from the terrace down to the chair lift. Everything about the Nordic shouts out quality from the friendly and attentive staff to the facilities. The buffet breakfast and evening Dinner are exceptional.
