How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Verified reviewIt's rare I take the time to review a hotel but this was one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. Service from everyone was exceptional - so friendly and wanting to help out. The room was great with a big bath and a nice wooden floor and even a kitchen area if you wanted but I would recommend the half board option as it was a bargain for the extra price. There was a great hike possible from the hotel - just turn into the tunnel and it's directly at the other side. A nice climb following a mountain stream (blueberries in abundance!). Parking outside was really easy - lots of space and free of charge. Great hotel!

No chairs on balcony and you are not allowed to put out chairs from inside your room. Why? and with such a lovely mountain view.

Verified reviewBest location next to ski lift, great parking, spacious rooms and pleasant bar area to real in after the slopes. Cleaning staff left our room spotlessly each day and all of the staff from reception to restaurant and bar teams were friendly , kind and helpful . Rooms are a little dated- but lovely large balcony, modern TV with Netflix etc, great beds and small kitchen area with kettle. Showers also roomy and hot.
The property in advertised as having a hot tub - which was why we booked it as great after a ski day- thus was unfortunately out of order throughout our stay - which was disappointing.

Verified reviewThe location is amazing, there’s free parking and I saw the bus also stop in the front of the hotel. The breakfast is very nice and there are a variety of options.
Very noisy, we’re on the same floor with the kitchen and that was one of the reasons plus you can hear easily the noise from the other room. Unfortunately the rooms are having a wired smell, like old furniture or carpets.

Verified reviewHotel is close to ski lift and ski hire which is right below the lift. Good amount of food, very repetitive but still good food. Sauna/steam room was good to use after a long day skiing. Bar has cheap drinks, glass of wine only €2.50 TV connects to Amazon prime/WiFi Comfy bed Hotel has free WiFi. You will also find WiFi throughout the pistes. Pistes are great for learners. Hotel is ski in ski out. The blue to the hotel is quite bendy and icy, but you can just get the lift down to the hotel if you prefer. Bus L5 takes you into la massanna and Andorra city within 30 min. €2 euro. if you ski into pal,you can get the gondola into la massanna and the bus up to Pal. Bus takes you to the hotel door.
Hot tub out of order for the full week which was disappointing. Walls paper thin, not ideal if you're on floor 5, by the sauna, kids play room,massage room or cleaners stock rooms /trolleys. Also not great if you have children who like to howl next door as the rooms have connecting doors. We had some sleepless nights. Heating gets hot, but you can turn it off using the nozzle on the end We came as a young couple expecting apres. This hotel and resort is much more suitable for families. As you will not find a good party.
