The walls in the rooms are so thin that I could literally hear the person in the room next door breathing. And on the second day, I woke up at 6:15 because the guest in the room next door was showering but it was so loud it felt like they are showering in my room.

Everything! It was beautiful and clean and the employees are polite and professional. The room had a tv, heater, AC, a desk and a wardrobe. And the bathroom had a hair dryer.

The room is too tight ! There is barely space to move. No good noise insulation and you hear your neighbors. I was so disappointed in the breakfast - mainly cheese and pastries.. No eggs!

Generosity in terms of Towels! We were 2 and each one of us had 3 towels. Super convenient. Toilet wqs clean. Proximity to the center is good

Small clean modern room in a great old building with its own lobby bar and lounge. There is also very good breakfast room with excellent buffet choices. The staff were great but the best facility is the inhouse parking given the parking situation in the town. Location also good and would happily stay again.

Some of the staff could have been kinder and more willing to help; although, it is important to understand that this did not apply to all. The reception area needs to be updated and the rooms could have been larger.

We liked the value of our stay. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Our room was updated and extremely clean. The location of the hotel was perfectly situated on the main street of Andorra La Vella. There were many restaurants and activities near by.

Interior rooms can feel a little gloomy. Getting there from the bus station is tiring if you don’t know about the lifts to higher street levels.

There was nothing we didn't like but maybe the hotel could add either a little map or description of the short cut to the main bus station on booking.com. It would have made getting up to the hotel with our luggage so much quicker and easier.

This is a lovely older hotel in the old part of Andorra Vella and very close to the main bus station. We had an economy room, so it was quite small but the size of the bathroom more than made up for the smaller room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The continental buffet breakfast was well presented and plenty to fill up on. All of the staff were pleasant and the reception staff were particularly helpful with getting around the town.

Fantastic location in the city, easy to reach from the bus station. Easy to get to all the attractions of the city and also only a few minutes walk to the Camí Ral for a lovely hike.

The toilet would often keep running after flushing, the shower was a bit small and the noise insulation was not great as I could hear people in the hall and neighbouring rooms very easily.

No AC on winter, room is warm even the window is open. Staff provided only an e-fan even though you’re paying for a pricey room.

There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom throughout our first day but this disappeared after the first night. We wondered if the bathrooms were closely connected to others..

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great - close to the bus station and nearby shops, and the breakfast was really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large.

Room was very noisy when the room upstairs used the shower, which they did at midnight and then, again, at about 12.45am..

Breakfast was good. Warm, clean, safe, had all the necessary amenities for a short stay.
