The receptionist at both the massage and the swimming pool were not professional, not trained properly. Apparently, customer were complaining. About kids crying. Well, some customers were having a relaxing descent. So putting these 2 in the same location were bad idea to begin with, because it's not convenient for families with children to, you know, enjoy and have a good time while someone is trying to relax and looking for a very quiet place so because of that, they were having difficulty, so they were kind of encapsulating the children telling them not to say a word, cry or talk to each other so it was pretty bad. So because of that I would give 0 for this.It was very inconvenient even though my kids love going to swimming.I didn't even go back the second time because it was pretty bad experience.

Aircon i think not working i wake up many times bcs i feel hot,inshallah nxt time the aircon was good..

The layout and some amenities were lacking . Short of staff, only 1 person bell boy and reception all were under over load .They are doing well but guests can be overlooked

I always has to ask for the accessories like washroom soaps, tissues, towels, dental kits etc and the only pain is they always delays and sometimes none responds to the calls at midnights

There was a noticeable adhesive smell in the room corridors, likely due to recent carpet works or another maintenance works, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the swimming pool is located in an adjacent hotel building and is shared between both properties, which may not meet everyone’s expectations for privacy.

The location is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions and business areas. It takes around 20–25 minutes by car to reach either Yas Mall or Abu Dhabi City Center, making it a practical choice for both leisure and business travelers. The property provides adequate car parking facilities, with spaces available in Basement P3, which added great convenience during our stay.

Pool is quite small and is shared with Novotel. Sometimes after calling the reception for extra gatbage bags and water, ot took them a long time to deliver.

Easy check-in. Staff is accomodating. Rooms are very spacious. Very near to Mushrif Mall.

Rooms were not that clean. Kitchen was dirty, bathrooms were bit dirty. Its like the place hadn't been lived in for a long time. All sinks were blocked.

Gess who was in the front desk accomodated us in a very friendly way. She attended to our needs right away. She made explained all the informations that we need to know. If all front desks are like her we as clients would recommend others to stay in their hotel and will surely come back again with our families and friends. Adagio rooms are very specious and clean. It's good to.come back to this hotel.

No serving coffee. Only tea. Received only one towel. Have to request another one. Corridor little smelly. If having defuser might be better. Iron and board have to request.
