CanadaThe receptionist at both the massage and the swimming pool were not professional, not trained properly. Apparently, customer were complaining. About kids crying. Well, some customers were having a relaxing descent. So putting these 2 in the same location were bad idea to begin with, because it's not convenient for families with children to, you know, enjoy and have a good time while someone is trying to relax and looking for a very quiet place so because of that, they were having difficulty, so they were kind of encapsulating the children telling them not to say a word, cry or talk to each other so it was pretty bad. So because of that I would give 0 for this.It was very inconvenient even though my kids love going to swimming.I didn't even go back the second time because it was pretty bad experience.

United Arab EmiratesThere was a noticeable adhesive smell in the room corridors, likely due to recent carpet works or another maintenance works, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the swimming pool is located in an adjacent hotel building and is shared between both properties, which may not meet everyone’s expectations for privacy.
The location is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions and business areas. It takes around 20–25 minutes by car to reach either Yas Mall or Abu Dhabi City Center, making it a practical choice for both leisure and business travelers. The property provides adequate car parking facilities, with spaces available in Basement P3, which added great convenience during our stay.
