This hotel is MAGNIFICENT. I highly recommend Adress JBR Hotel for everything..Starting with the great breakfast-One million thanks to the Chef Bouchtal and his charming behaviour.Then a big thank you 'to chef John William,Caroline and Su. Then many thanks to the team who always took care of our room.Especially the big surprise for my son's bday,on the 4th Sept.Very nice! And many thanks to the lifeguards at the swimmingpool-Hari,Anjl,Milan and the 'Iceman'..They took care of us and they do a great job.every day! I can't wait to see them again! Outstanding service,so Congrats...

maybe im weird but i didn't like cleaners folding all my clothes when I did place them the way i like on the chair (ready to go when back) and find everything folded and put as they like, not as I left it.. or swiming wear left to dry in the bathroom (had no balcony) were folded with some other dry items in the bathroom.. obviously wet all and nothing dried.. .. My personal things, especially underwear would have loved that nobody touched... In huuuuge room with only 1 armchair for 2 it was a strange design... we got sweets to eat, coffee and the view on front with 1 armchair to share.. well, could have used a make chair but .. just a thought for such level hotel with huge open room space , one more armchair would have been nice to have for coffee mornings.

I knew what to expect and glad did not disappoint! We didn't go anywhere, but walk around in JBR and Blue waters, so traffic didnt bother us. Facilities are great, options wow. Beach, pools, water near pool and beach provided, cream before and after if needed. All these little things made it perfect! Food - fantastic from breakfast to 77th floor. Special occasion - thank you so much!!! all went super well, cant be more happy!

Great service - thank you Subhajit for your care and excellent customer service! Spacious rooms and great views across the bay. Big bathtub and extremely comfortable bed. Absolutely exceptional breakfast buffet. All of the staff are amazingly helpful friendly and courteous. We will stay here again.

The rooms and view are breathtaking. Me and my husband were celebrating a special occasion and our amazing host at reception Zeshan was so polite and kind and he also upgraded us to an amazing suite which we will never forgot. Thank you Zeshan! The address hotel also arranged a nice cake and decoration We loved and we will come back again!

I expect the restaurants and bars in the hotel to be a little more affordable.

I honestly could not say a single bad word about this hotel. There are two hotels that I view as having exceptional standards, one being the Atlantis Royal and the Address Beach Hotel.

This hotel's customer service was exceptional, the staff members are so friendly and well-mannered, they genuinely want to help the customers and take pride in their work. They have multiple pools in the hotel for adults and for the family, making it a perfect hotel.

Everything was excellent. The only minor issue was the sound of water flow that can be heard clearly inside the bedroom. A better insulation would make the stay perfect.

The room size was disappointing we had booked and paid for a 16-year-old child, but no separate room was provided, which was unacceptable. Also, there was no evening entertainment or activities, which made the atmosphere quite dull at night.

The service was outstanding, especially thanks to the chef from Egypt who treated us like royalty. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome.
