few equipment in the kitchen. few plates. few saucepans, glasses, mugs and utensils. they should equip it. the pan is crooked, the pot is very scratched. There is no yogurt or müsli for breakfast and sometimes it is the same every day.

The valet guy was condescending, there was no parking in front of the hotel he asked me to go and park opposite the hotel and walk back, this was supposed to be his duty because I booked the hotel with parking. The room seat was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was the worse I have seen, nothing appealing but for the tea.

The staff was so happy to receive us and my daughter felt so confortable.at the lobby they wd check on us to see if we wea comfortable..they were late for the room and they deeply apologized and apology was accepted.

Slight leak from the bathroom roof and a small blockage in the kitchen sink.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff was exceptional, particularly the hostess/receptionist who greeted me and was very welcoming.

Television was a problem and no English channels were working until the second last day. Cooking utensils were inadequate and not suitable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to deal with my complaints. I was moved to a better apartment after the first night. Clean and comfortable apartment but lacked the basics in the kitchen. Water, coffee, tea etc. was provided daily. Both the receptionists were extremely helpful including the guys who park the cars and the maintenance people.

Lack of… mostly everything. It took about 1h for the staff to bring us at least some tea and extra toothbrush. Plus, there was no Wi-Fi in the room. What’s more, it’s not fair that pictures of rooms don’t match the reality
