What I didn't like was that the hallway on the floor we stayed on smelt like smoke and our room also smelt like smoke although it was a non smoking room.

Customer service was the best at this hotel, from the lovely gentleman that checked us in to the staff helping with bags and also another gentleman showing us where to go for dinner. We stayed at 2 other hotels in Dubai and customer service we got from here was the best. So kind.

Horary for swimming pool Poor choice of cold drinks at dinner Mainly door opening system incredibly inefficient, sometimes it took more than 100 tries before to have the door open !

The bathroom was having an issue - no curtain in the shower, water will splatter outside and it will be wet which is one thing I hate most in a hotel. The closet/toilet was having some black substance in it - it went away when I flushed, but it was something that turned the whole mood down!

I was upgraded to a suite room upon arrival. The bed was clean, the room was very spacious - had all amenities that a suite room should have. The room was quite old though, well maintained.

The options at breakfast were limited and you had to order for things like an omelet from the kitchen. It would help if they can have live cooking particularly for eggs!

Great place to live especially if you want easy access to public transportation and to the city centre. Particularly nice is the fact that Dubai City Central Mall is just a few minutes walk. Staff were friendly and was able to honor an early checkin request.

The first room I was given was at the back of the hotel and it was dark and smelled like mould. I think the mould/damp smell is coming from the ac unit. So I requested a change and now I have a room at the front side of the building. It is lighter, brighter and quiet. The room is spacious and I can open the window for fresh air. The bed is comfortable and bonus is that I am able to make myself a cup of tea and keep a little food in the small fridge. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay. Carpets are heavily stained and management really do need to update this. Otherwise, the room is perfect and value for money. Rooftop swimming, gym, sauna and steam room for those who wish to use it. Overall, I would rate this hotel 7 or 8 out of 10.

Location is not far from Deira City Centre metro and Dubai Airport. It is quiet. Room is spacious, bedding and bathroom clean. Overall, great facilities and comfortable. Front desk are welcoming.

Nice for a long layover. Very close to airport. Helpful staff. Just slept there for the night, arrived at midnight and left next morning at 08h00.
