All was good.

Room was good, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice and well looked after pool area. Staff were very nice and very helpful. Breakfasts were really good, great variety and good quality food. Cafe 302 has best food in the area that we could find.

The only room available was for special needs so the wash room facilities were for special needs and didn't have a bath tub and water was flowing everywhere.

Only the pool is small and no covers but its still fine with us. We enjoyed it anyways.

Very affordable and location is very good for all the places we went to visit. Very accomodating staffs and everytime we request new towels and other staff, we dont wait long time.

Had requested for a non-smoking room/floor; but the property had none available. The valet/parking could be improved as the waiting time was longer being adjacent to public car parking. The bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner.

The breakfast menu had a lot of options. The breakfast timings were extended due to Eid holidays. The location was very close to local shopping district/markets.

It is considered one of the beautiful hotels in Abu Dhabi. The location of the hotel is somewhat crowded, but what is special about it is that it is close to vital places and shopping centers.

The staff are very friendly. Especially the staff who helped us check in at the front desk (I think her name is Johanne), she was very professional, welcoming and had exceptional multi-tasking skills! She remembered our names and always said hi to us with a big smile. The hotel in general is very nice as well, clean, good location, comfortable room. We are very satisfied!

Nice hotel in art deco style, good location. GREAT staff, thank you all guys in the restaurant and during breakfast. Food delicious, especially dinner. We had half board, it is absolutely recommended. Price reasonable, would come again 😊!!

Do not allow kids below 16!!! in spa -why is that is beyond my understanding. Wanted to go to steam room with kids of 10 and 12 - and was disappointed, don't see any logic in such restriction.

Just stayed half day before night flight out. It's decently placed hotel in center Abu-Dahbi. Very fast and smooth check-in and check-out, proper and clean room and comfortable bed.

Very good 4 star hotel, room was large and spacious, friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant. Even though it is on a busy road, the room has very good noise isolation. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in Abu Dhabi Downtown Area which is convenient to travel around the city. The room was spacious, super clean. We paid an additional fee for breakfast which was basic but had high quality. Also the coffee was great!
