We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff here are not good and not considerate! All of the reviews here are FAKE!! Pls don’t ever book again you will be dissappointed and they will ROBBED UR MONEY!!! Bad management!!! No stand by manager!!!
The WORST reception!!!! We came here paying 400 dirhams and the reception straight restricted us because they said they are not allowing families!! But THERE is NO single thing mentioned in their stupid policy while we are booking!! Imagine walking in the streets just to find a place to sleep at 1:20AM with a cold weather , they did not even cooperate with us by refund even though we did not used the room!!! This hotel is hungry for money! They just don’t have enough rooms to cater us even thoug h we went here for business!!

United KingdomCleaning could be better, saw cockroaches twice in 6 nights stay. facing heavy traffic all the time from and to Dubai.
All staff are very helpful, but special thanks to one of reception guy M Sajid who is very polite / professional and willing to help anytime we need. plenty restaurants on walking distance. overall everything is good.
