Serious deep cleaning required in the rooms. Shower, tiles, crevices are filled with grime. Really need to up the place and the cleanliness level.

They did not give me the invoice on my company name. I asked them to give twice. They said me that I should take it from Booking.com. And they sent me a message which includes a trojan link and directs us to fake address for payment. But in fact we already made the payment before.

Furniture is outdated and need to be replaced. Breakfast needs to improve and add more variety.

The tv remote was not functioning most of the time and all the channels were in Arabic's.

The room was ok with the kitchenette where we were able to make meals for ourselves. The place was about 10 minutes away from the airport. the neighborhood is very cool with supermarket and restaurant at a minute walk from the hotel. and the best part was catching the metro at a 2 minutes' walk from the hotel.

TV channels need update and to add more channels. Some furniture need repair. I do suggest to the administration to have regular inspection d maintenance for the facility and the building in general...

Apartment is clean and tidy. Furniture is good. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly and respectful.

There was ridiculously bad and interupting internet at all times (we stayed 9 days and almost every day we had issues). It is practically impossible to ''work from room'' and i had to in between online internet meetings rush off to connect on the hotspot to my mobile since the internet in the appartment kept getting disconnected. Despite multiple requests to the reception, they really did not help out. Not a complain, but while we were there, they also had a few days of cleaning the verandah: with liquids that had the smell of paint/kerosene which made it a bit difficult to move around the verandah to catch the lift. If such a maintenance activity was planned on the floor, they should not have given us a room on that floor. Do not expect to do an early check in. We literally had to roam around (After a very long flight) for almost 5 hours before we could check in.

The location was just perfect for us - we had specific reasons to be in that area. The room was well maintained and really appreciate the personnel helping out with the cleaning and support (Especially: Tahir Ali who was quite helpful at all times). Breakfast was sufficent and always had a variety across days. The rooms were spacious and the environment was quite well maintained and clean.

Wi fi was slow and getting disconnected often. Cleanliness in the room was average and could be improved.

Located near to airport, comparatively good price, kitchenette facility, lots of restaurant options near by, free parking which is good to have, as around this area it can be difficult to find a parking spot at night time.

Cleanliness and insects or pests. We spend the first week cleaning and insects pestisiding the apartment. Thanks God children were not with us it would be terrible visit.
