Staying at AL MANZEL Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always available to assist with any request. The location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions. I can't recommend enough for an unforgettable stay in Abu Dhabi. Five stars all the way!

Intense maintenance that involves drilling in the building should be done at noon not in the morning while still sleeping.

Everything was great apart from the sofa opposite to the TV in the living room, guys there is a foul smell there , i reckon it had to do something with the cleanliness of the room after the previous guest left.

location & customer service is great . Special mention for (Romeo & Hisham) , these guys deserve a plaudit for their customer service.

The room was a little dark and being a city hotel didn't have a good view.

The vicinity of the location was surrounded by a variety of restaurants, malls which makes it easy for a traveler who is unfamiliar to the city. There are many viewpoints close by too. The room was spacious, all required amenities were available. A special mention must be made of the room housekeeping staff who daily did a good job cleaning the room exceptionally.

The property is very well located, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very clean and very comfortable, the staff is very kind and helpful, the pool is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, with enough choice.

The hotel wanted to charge me an extra 20 Dhs for Valet which is ridiculous. I’ve been to over 20 hotels in the past year and never have I ever been asked to pay for valet parking when I have a room

Very spacious room, in a great location with cafes, bars, restaurants, and Abu Dhabi Mall within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and had many selections from local and international cuisine. Taxis were available outside the hotel entrance.

Customer parking area was not free as opposed to what was written in the booking com add. However the reception services made a remarkable offer and provided free parking.

Location was great. It was very close to many popular business and attraction points. The receptionist were very polite and welcoming.

- food was just ok, pancakes were a bit burned, but fresh orange juice was great. So we just ordered food from other places - it is a bit old, you can feel that some furniture needs renovation but it seems like they are trying. For the same price in Dubai we got much more renovated and digital hotel, but the room was much smaller. - Ventilation could be cleaned better. - pool is not really special, to me it wasn't to the european standards so we didnt use it

Location is good. Even though all expats leave across the bridge, it was close so we walked. You can go to the beach, it is 40 min by foot or 10 by taxi. Stuff is super nice, lady at the reception was very welcoming, and concierge as well. they gave us an upgrade and the room was ready 2h before check in time, which was great. Rooms are huge, there is a kitchen and big rooms. Room service people were really nice Restaurant food was not expensive

Had everything we needed, fab location for the reasoning we booked this place. Clean, staff polite and accommodating. Great space, bed amazing. When iron broke, it was replaced with new in minutes. Could stay here again and recommend to a friend.
