The receptionist I think his name was Gangan the guy with the glasses .. he upgraded me because it’s my fiancé anniversary to a very nice room, took me by himself to the room and surprised us with a cake ! Amazing guy Room was clean Location is AMAZING View is WOW Washroom is OMG Breakfast was delicious Spacious room Only thing I didn’t like is internet was so slow but it wasn’t a big issue

SwitzerlandI didn’t like the food during my stay. The Menu at the Pool is very poor. I ordered a “ Club Sandwich with chicken” was already cold when I got it. At the pool the staff is not coming to ask you if you need anything. If you order a coffee it comes in a take away cup. Not a nice 5 Stars feeling. Breakfast: Tables in the garden are dusty, this is how it were set up. Also not a nice feeling when you come down to enjoy your breakfast at 8:30 and the tables is full of dust. Basic is to clean it before you set it up. Breakfast Bufe is very poor. The staff were very kind but when I went to the bufe to bring something then they removed everything from my table like they thought I left. Egg Benedict has to improve ( cold.. the salmon is dry and the sauce shouldn’t be baked on it). I stayed in few Anantara and this one is still far from real Anantara feeling.
i liked my room so much. I had a very nice view with the Burj Khalifa. The bathroom is also amazing with the bathtube next to the window. The hotel is very clean. The hotel is very near to the Business Bay metro station. Staff were very kind.

United StatesOur room had an exquisite view of the downtown with Buja Khalifa in the background. Furthermore, the bathtub and the entire bathroom also had that spectacular view, with floor to ceiling windows. All in all the room was spacious, spotless and overall very well appointed with modern design. We enjoyed an afternoon at the pool, which is large enough for a good swim and also has a bar. We liked Punjab Grill restaurant there and the courtesy of the reception staff. Staying at Anantara hotel was like a gift to ourselves.

Israelpedestrian exit is hard to find at the first time if you want to walk outside (through 1st floor) - hotel may add additional signs to mark the way clearly.
excellent service, very clean, very good breakfast, nice views, great pool, close to restaurants, not far from burj khalifa and Dubai mall (25-30 minutes walk). we used the metro once (10 minutes walk to the metro). mostly used taxi from the hotel lobby exit. Maria at the reception was extremely nice!!! and made our stay perfect from the first minute at the hotel. complimentary water, tea and coffee.
