The breakfast spread is good. there is no facility to walk around a see. the room and the restaurants are good.

However I expected a better breakfast. Not having live stations items like pancakes or waffles were too stiff because prepared ahead. Too much Indian food.

The room was big and a very comfortable bathroom (that was the best). Breakfast was ok because there was variety for different tastes. Location is good, not far away from all the places I wanted to go

The maintenance of the hotel wasn’t perfect - needs a bit better upkeep. Some of the breakfast staff didn’t understand English well.

Good restaurants on site especially Girl & the Goose. The bar was open till late which was great for us . Lovely breakfast. Comfortable room and great service overall.

One thing that bothered us was that the lobby is on the second floor and only accessible by car; there is no easy pedestrian pathway to enter or exit the hotel. This made getting to the hotel inconvenient, especially since it was unexpected. Additionally, many of the furniture pieces showed signs of wear and tear, and the in-room magazine was in poor condition. I wouldn’t expect this even from a four-star hotel

Excellent location—easy to reach, with many attractions nearby. The staff, especially the doorman and pool staff, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay and experience. The spacious lobby, great amenities, fast elevators, and excellent bathroom all added to the positive experience

There isn’t much to complain about the hotel.

A true 5 star hotel. Fantastic service, great staff and exceptionally big rooms and bathrooms. I really mean it was a big hotel room and equally big bathroom. I had breakfast included in my stay and it was great. Location of the hotel was good as well. Middle of the town and close to Dubai Mall.

The hotel has one major problem - it is designed for cars, not thinking about pedestrians at all - to enter the hotel we had to walk up and down the ramp where cars are driving or we could wanter through endless corridors and shops on the main floor to find doors which lead to hotel.

The breakfast was the best we‘ve seen in years in any hotel - European, Arabian, Indian options, everything was fresh and delicious. Rooms are very spacious, clean and bright, but a bit worn and outdated.

The property was very good and worth a visit. The buffet had a good variety to keep us entertained. The rooms were massive. My little one had enough space to run around in the room. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

There was a lot of drilling outside which woke us up one night but I guess that can’t be helped.

Big rooms, very clean, comfortable bed, big toilets with both shower and bath tub. Breakfast had a large selection and tasty. It was our honeymoon and they made it special. Close to most things in Dubai as downtown.
