Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Personal is really helpful and friendly, they were always really kind and attentive. The hotel is near to the airport which is very convenient after a storm like 16/04. Is near to the Metro station and breakfast is very diverse, healthy and delicious.

United Arab EmiratesAs per my husband the fitness center/gym has quite limited facilities but for me, it should fair enough. I just feel uncomfortable on the door location of swimming pool which has no privacy (direct seen from main reception). Incoming hotel guests can see us walking around from the pool.
As always, Rotana group have excellent service from staff to cleanliness and facilities. Room size and interiors is worth the value of its rate. I love the size & depth of swimming pool. The size is sufficient enough to swim even there are other guests using it.

The hotel was immaculate and all staff were so helpful and eager to assist. Adel at reception was constantly helpful. Omar the Manager was excellent on our arrival. Ahmed and Kareem were also great in assisting us. Housekeeping staff were great especially Shyamali. All round a great hotel and the staff are very attentive and go out their way to assist guests.

I would like to commend Mr. Saif from the reception who were very helpful and took an extra mile to make us comfortable with our stay. Also Mr. Naseer who is a warm and welcoming person who helped us with our bags and things. The hotel is homey and I like that the hallways of the hotel are well-lit. There's only a very minute detail that I like to point out is that there's no night swimming in the pool, and we still have to request for room slippers. All in all, my family and I had a memorable stay at the hotel.

This hotel is so nice. My room was cleaned to perfection by Tabreez. One of the most comfy beds i have ever slept.. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is to a very high standard. The pool is uniquely heated, not too hot. The onside gym is kept in good working condition. It feels a very calm place. The Cheers Bar is amazing, very good service, and the bar tenders are very attentive. Location is also perfect, just 15 minutes to metro, taxis are also in abundance. Supermarkets are easy reach. I can not fault this hotel, I'm definitely booking again.

The location was excellent. 12 minutes walk from Al Jadaf metro station.The hotel decoration and rooms are modern and stylished and the personnel was very kind and professional. Great thanks to the cleaning staff, Rehema, Zaar, Ghulam, Nazeer, Tabreez and the gentleman in charge for booking the limousine for my departure.
