Everything’s perfect. The only thing which was not 5 out of 5 are the shower amenities (didn’t like the shampoo)

I was quite skeptical about booking our stay in this property, as I believed it is quite old, however I was so wrong! It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel, so well maintained and you can not even say how old it is. It’s an absolute best holiday destination in Dubai. The rooms are so spacious and gorgeous, they don’t seem to be old at all. I’ve stayed in a few five star properties in Dubai and can confidently say Atlantis has the best service! Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. You truly feel how welcomed you are in this hotel, from the first time you enter the property. I’d like to especially thank a few members of the service stuff, who showed extreme hospitality - Lithira in the Shore restaurant (bravo!) and Hasan Ahmed from Housekeeping. Special thanks to the general Team of Housekeeping, best service ever. Thank you Atlantis for this amazing stay, we will definitely return again

Our experience at The Atlantis the Palms were out of this world. I have never experienced such incredible hospitality. We arrived and was immediately attended to and the check in process was simple, easy and fast. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were on point, the beds are incredible, the supplier of the beds can be commended on the quality. The facilities at the resort is well maintained and everything is super clean. We had the most memorable experience and will for sure be back soon.

A lot of information was available but either online or via an app. It would have been better to have some written information in the room about things like transport options to the shopping malls (eg free buses or light rail, frequency of travel, where to get them, etc).

The buffet breakfasts were excellent with more than enough choice. The room overlooked the acquarium so I spent time watching the fish from my balcony. There was easy access to restaurants within the complex.

Our hotel room 16-453 was loud - we heard disturbing (car?) noises all night. I had never experienced this before in a 5***** hotel. We are a bit biased because we left the Hotel at the time of the big flood. We were very surprised where water came in and which parts of the building flew through the air. I also found it worrying that the rain penetrated deep into our room because the balcony door was not tight at all. In addition, there was a bad smell of manure coming from the toilet pipes on 2 days, this was not linked to the rain. We wished the hotel staff had warned us when we left during the storm because the city is not prepared for a lot of rain. Instead we had to pay AED 500 for a 10 hour ride to the airport which never ended at the airport due to the flooding. We finally arrived home after two nights in an Ibis Airport hotel. Compared to the Atlantis The Royal, you can clearly see that the hotel is getting on in years - the price didn't adjust accordingly.

The hotel resort is very impressive. Many great materials were used in the construction and the sheer size is overwhelming. The huge aquarium is a visual highlight and we had a delicious meal wherever we went. All in all, the Atlantis The Palm is an excellent hotel with excellent staff. At the hotel pool and beach, every desire of the guests is read from their lips and you don't have to lift a finger. The rooms were excellently cleaned and embellished with small gestures (rolled up charging cables), which surprised us. It is a pity that at least in our hotel room on the 16th floor it was disturbingly loud all night and the smell of feces came from the toilet. If the overnight stay had cost 30% less, none of this would be worth mentioning, but because of these negative factors, the cost-benefit ratio is not exactly right for us.

There was not a lot of information about daily events and activities and how many facilities are actually available. Perhaps at check in staff can give a synopsis or give advice on where to find information about the resort. Kaleidoscope restaurant was awful, food was not nice, table service staff we encountered were slow with orders.

Very clean, friendly staff, good facilities, tissue and sanitiser stands are a great facility, Saffron restaurant was outstanding, food quality, staff were all fab. Beds were very comfortable. Reasonable sized room.
