The location is perfect, right near te metro station, many restaurants, shops, pharmacy is in 5 minute distance, the closest beach is the Sufouh beach, about 4 bus stops from the hotel, medinat jumeirah is also reachable with bus, the other main tourist attractions reachable by train (metro). The room was not too big, but is ok, clean, the pool is small, but the water is warm, it can be used until 9-10 o'çlock, very beautiful view to the city

The receptionists are amazing and so professional and polite. they tried their extra miles in providing solutions while I am there. Forget the name but i have to mention their nationalities: Egyptian gentleman and Asian lady.

this is my second time at Citadines Metro Central, it’s awesome, the location is perfect , just by the metro, the staff are amazing especially Reuben who took care of us when we arrived and made sure we had a comfortable stay. thank you for this.

There was nothing we didn’t liked

The location it’s amazing and very accessible to metro station but also if you have a car , good distance to all major tourist objectives .Staff was great , polite and helpful ( reception Andrew and Kadim) but also spotless cleaning on the 5th floor ( thanks to our cleaning guy which name i don’t remember 😀)

The back entrance did not always open with the keycard which can be annoying. breakfast could be better and served in larger portions

excellent location right next to the metro station of Dubai Internet City. Staff was super helpful and accommodating, namely Ruben, Ramadan and a guy from Sierra Leone whose name i dont remember but he was super great as well! Well-equipped apartment with everything you need for a casual stay. there is also a small pool on the 14th floor.

The gym is a little to small

Everything was perfect. Dilan was very nice and helpful to me. The Metro was only a few minutes away (by walk), so you can get to the JBR Walk in 3 station's.

The pool location itself is not so nice. The noise from the air conditioning(?) is loud there.

The staff was awesome and so kind. A big thanks to Faisal, Madara, Ramesh and Dil. Saivdur takes good care of the pool. The metro station is in front of the door. We also liked the food!

Very accommodating for long stays in regards to well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Very accessible to Metro station and centrally located near popular attractions.

This is a minor thing, but if you plan to watch the TV, the signal quality is not that good. But just stay away from it, enjoy your live time :)

Breakfast quality and service exceeded my expectations, it was enough for me till the end of the day. Despite heat in Dubai, the air conditioner was perfect, not noisy, and there was enough fresh air to keep the a/c off at night. A very good kitchen, enough space to cook anything you want. Plenty of grocery shops around with great food selections and prices. Also the metro station is just nearby, so it is super convenient to move around Dubai. And finally, the staff is very kind and friendly, so this is a very good place for a single or pair stay, especially with an early booking.

Pictures and the real room you get may be very different. You expect bar table in your shared room/kitchen but there was none in our case and the planning of the apartment felt small. Huge pillows, it's impossible to sleep on them, small pillow option is needed

For business in Dubai this hotel is probably one of the 3-5 best location. The Internet City metro station is about halfway down the red metro line. Combining metro with taxi is by far the best solution to get anywhere in the central business areas of Dubai two/three times faster than by car. I've done many trips for business or holidays around the planet. I have rarely encountered more polite and friendly staff. I will stay in this hotel from now on always when coming to Dubai for business or holidays. Thanks and respect to the staff I interacted with. For me after checkin few amenities were not there like slippers, Dental care. But they provided upon my request anyway so not a big issue.

I stayed in smaller room but yet it was very comfortable and with nice view. They give me higher floor. I like that. Room kitchen had everything. Location is great at the gate of Metro station.
