The property was a little underwhelming in respect of decor and furnishing but had the basics. The apartment is noisy at night with various building utilities buzzing away between floors. The mosque right outside the window will also wake anyone who isn’t already an early riser.

The gentlemen at the desk were polite and easy to deal with. The room was perfect for our trip. The room was stocked with water and toiletries which was ideal. There was very little noise and the bed was very comfortable.

My only complaint is the inflexibility of the staff. At check out we had to wait for them to get confirmation even though they had my deposit if anything was wrong. Also for a late check out they were not flexible at all, even though check in was at 3pm.

the apartment was great, the location, cleanliness and views were great. Everything is provided in the apartment, as well as extra things.

On three sides of the hotel there are construction sites (three new hotels are under construction) All day there is noise, you can hear excavators, cranes, scrapers... Opposite the hotel is a mosque. Every morning around 5:40 a.m. the prayer begins. You can't relax with such an environment.

Not so much. Eveything was worth the money. Only they can out additional tools to the kitchen.

We requested early check in, but they could not provide it due to high season. Then the manager upgraded our room. The room was very , very big. All the beds in the room were too big. Our kids loved their single beds. we were 4 people. For big faimiles; up to 6 people could stay in this room. (2 people in main bedroom double bed, 2 people in the second bedroom - 2 single beds and 2 more people in the living room. )

1. Decoration is very poor, just simple necessary things are there, white walls 2 Check in at 15.00 and check out at 12.00 are NOT flexible at all, only with extra charge and due to availability 3. Deposit is 500 dirhams ( cash or card up to you) 4. Feels a bit overpriced for one bedroom with balcony but I might just be catching a high demand season

1. VIEW from apartment 3905 (39th floor) is fabulous. That balcony is the best part 2. Location of the building is great right on Marina which makes it challenging to catch a taxi on weekends and rush hours 3. Kitchen is fully equipped with big new oven and all accessories (including kettle, nespresso coffee machine, toaster) 4. It’s a HOTEL concept apartment with daily cleaning and changing towels, replenishing tea/coffee, making up your bed and so on (make sure you put Do not disturb sign outside the door if you don’t require such a services)

Located on a big boulevard, not super practical if you are on foot, though really not far from the promenade and marina bay area. Very impersonal, grey and beige, apartments lacking personality.

Very comfortable bed and all the basic necessities in the apartment for an enjoyable stay. Very nice, helpful, and welcoming staff at reception and cleaning staff/management for the rooms/apartment. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
