Awesome Space, good service and very clean rooms. Facility all very good. I definitely recommend for group of friends to stay as staycation Food no issues, gets delivered with loads of cuisine options to choose from the Food App!

The villa requires some upgrade, and repairs

The villa is large with many rooms for big families or group of friends. The location in Barsha is nice, we nearby most type of shops by walk.

No direct access to the pool

Spacious living space and rooms. Clean interiors. Easy to check in and out. Great place to spend time with friends and family. Huge Kitchen space as well!

Had an issue with pests in the kitchen. Found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen.

The swimming pool was very good. It was a spacious villa and definitely good value for money.

smokey smell maybe bcos of the other tenants using the property but (Mr. Mena) and the other staff are very helpfull and accomodating with our request and needs.

The egyptian manager asking with the way like threatening, as if any noise or breaking we have your insurance , so what???

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Tiny but it means there are more. The neighbor was playing music at 11PM and had a party with girls. We complained at midnight to Security and he tried talking to the GCC neighbor but refused to turn it down. We escalated it to the Management at 1 PM and again refused. By 2 PM we informed him we will call the police and he said go ahead. The police kept on transferring us to different numbers 901 999 ... in the end, 999 made a group call with the CID. The Police arrived by 3AM and shut it down. I was really tired the next day and had a long drive back to Muscat. Very unfortunate as the previous 2 days it was good.

Very Spacious. Many rooms and beds. Each Kids got their own room. We have family breakfast and dinners at the dinning room. The 2 year old was happy to run around. All applicances are available. Management informed me that they will compensate with a discount in the next visit due to the inconvience caused.

Too much insects specially flies due to the compound trash room where they keep trash for days. The villa is next to the main road and the windows are not equipped with sound insulation

The parking.. very limited .

The Villa space is large, there are two living room the ground, and dining room , there is maid room with bath room. Up there is one living room and four master bed room . The kitchen is very nice and large space.

Kitchen was very poor. Badly damaged units. Drawers that didn’t fit. Masking tape around base to repair damage to skirting. Looks as if there had been water damage at some point. Very little crockery - supposed to cater for 8. Gave us more when we asked. Had to ask for hair dryer and bath mats. Units for first aid and fire blanket empty on arrival. Replaced when asked for. Had to put a new hot water heater in kitchen as no hot water on arrival.

Large villa with bathrooms for all. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Dining room good
