Had 2 single mattresses for a king bed so middle was uncomfortable. Not much to do at the hotel when the sun sets.. the stairs to the beach were quite steep. It would be great to create an alternative route with a longer path.

After reading bad reviews, I was sceptical, but the quality of the beach and pool were excellent, and the distance to get there was easily walkable. Staff were polite and helpful(speial mention for Cristell at reception and Omar at concierge), and room was clean. Great value for money.

The room size was small, that is the only thing we didn't like.

The Location, The Beach and the Breakfast. Breakfast was amazing, we really enjoyed the English and Continental breakfast. Beach was so refreshing, the beach activities made it more fun. This is a best place for a retreat, relax and have nice food.

Could mitcreally see any senior staff around, run by interns only, who at times can do only so much. Room was old though efforts were made to upgrade. Carpet in corridor was stuffy needs to change. View from some rooms outside not very nice.

A good number of entertainment and had a variation activities one can do. Food was good, though dessert could improve, as it was the same things over the 2 days.

The televisions in the room was almost unwatchable due to interference or not being tuned in properly (all channels).

The beach and pool are spacious with plenty of loungers. Areas kept clean so there was no reason to leave the resort. There are evening shows and activities for guests. All staff we encountered were both friendly and helpful and the buffets were replenished as required.

Full of russian tourists. So everyone assumed we were russian. The buffet was basic. Different room which we paid for. Second option was not the same either. We took it as tired. We did check in early though.

1- The shower, although everything was good, the door didn’t shut properly so once I finished a shower the floor outside was full of water because the door did not close properly on its own, maybe some kind of weight can be fixed so that it closes completely to avoid the water spillage outside. 2- The gin in the normal package. Not a gin for gin drinkers. But if it the kind of gin doesn’t matter to you, it should be fine.

Even though the property is old and you instantly get transported to the 1990s, you can see and know that efforts are being made to enhance the quality of your stay. We were given one of the renovated rooms and it was a very comfortable stay with an extra big bed. The ac was on point as I like the room to be cold. As we took an all inclusive package, 1 advise, gin drinkers please upgrade the package to the premium one as the gin served in the regular one isn’t nice, but otherwise for the price the package is an absolute value for money. And kudos to all the staff, from the bellboys, to the lady at the front desk, to the wait staff, the life guards, the housekeeping staff, all made our stay that much more comfortable. Thank you !

Bed bugs in the room is unacceptable. We have seen it and bitten also. Room size is too small Shower is not to the expectation, splashing water outside from cubicle. Hand shower was not proper Housekeeping can be improved.

The coffee for breakfast gets very busy perhaps put the machine where guests can do coffee themselves. Not being able to room charge drinks is inconvenient. It would be great if the smoking area was moved to an area not right next to the food - mattress in room needs replacing - it was very super hard like a brick.

Room its too ols and we booked in sea view .. they gabe me sea view but im not happy for this bcoz fromy room mostly i saw its a roof from the warehouse .. and the room i dont like its too old..
