Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Arab EmiratesThe huge downside to this hotel at the moment is the construction going on next door. We were allocated a room directly next to the construction, it’s that close that builders could see in our room. We were woken up at 6am with the constriction noise. thankfully we were only staying one night, however I wouldn’t have been able to stay for multiple nights with that noise ongoing.
The hotel itself is lovely. great location on the palm and the pool and beach area are very nice.

CanadaOur room had a loose hanging light fixture which we had to get hotel staff to come and fix right as we entered the room for the first time. Later on, the bulb for that same light fixture started to flicker so we kept those lights off. The bathroom sink started to leak water under the sink which would drip to the floor and almost caused my partner and I to slip multiple times. We advised hotel staff of this issue to which they sent someone to our room to fix it, however, it wasn't fixed correctly even afterwards. We ended up placing a towel everyday under the sink to absorb the leaking water so that it wouldn't drip on to the floor and cause us to slip and injure ourselves. The housekeeping always came to our room at different times and once or twice missed our room altogether to which we had to notify the front desk on our way out of the hotel for the day. The elevators were not air conditioned which was strange for a 5 star hotel on the Palm. Our room 624 was the first room closest to the elevators and house keeping room so there was a lot of noise and disturbances throughout the morning and evening times which was very inconvenient. I booked us a package which included breakfast and let me tell you that this breakfast had a lot of variety but the quality and taste of the food was really bad. There were maybe only 5-6 items that were edible that actually tasted fairly decent, otherwise, it is not worth purchasing breakfast for your stay. You would be better off finding a breakfast place nearby on the Palm or outside of the Palm Jumeirah.
I liked the pool and access to the private beach on Palm Jumeirah. I like the hotel lobby, although it was small, it was very clean and smelled great.

VenezuelaThe construction near the hotel...noisy even at night. The surface around the swimming pool is super slippery.
Breakfast superb. Plenty of options. The staff was friendly and willing to support our requirements. The swimming pool is really nice...and has a bar inside.

GermanyThere was a big construction next to the hotel, it was loud , very loud, all Ok but hotel should have informed the guests before the booking. Especially in the beach a relaxing time was not possible due to noise of this construction. Room service and cleaning was always late ; arrived around 16:00?? Room is spacious, definitely good with an older child and there was space, but balcony was not usable at all; fully dust because of the construction, it was never cleaned Hotel is far away to city, malls. No shuttle service, everything must be done via uber or taxi. getting out of palm took ages, minimum 45 mins drive to city. next time I would prefer a hotel on Jumeirah beach, not on Palm
Breakfast was great, full of varieties. First day it was extremely busy and the staff was not organized to accommodate all guests and create clean, new sitting space. After the second day it was OK.

United KingdomOur first room was not as we expected. We paid for a sea view but there was a pillar in the way of our view and a huge wall which blocked peripheral vision of the beach. We could see the sea, but certainly not the view we expected. Also the towels were dirty and looked like they had not been changed from previous residents, considering what we had paid we expected a better standard. The hotel is probably a little further from the main action than we would have liked.
We were on 1/2 board and the food was very good with a different selection every night- but the variety for lunch was pretty limited. The pool was nice and there was plenty of space for outside dining. When I complained about the towels - they were quickly replaced. The next day I explained we were not happy with the room and Loki who was behind reception, went out of his way to find us a room with a proper view and came to find me to personally explain the room change. Loki was excellent!

CanadaThe nearby construction does affect the location when you are trying to relax on the beach. Also the fenced beach space in my opinion is very small for the size of the resort and the beach has lots of coral that need to be cleaned further to make it more accessible.
The room was clean and check-in and check-out were very quick. The staff were nice and helpful. The location was a bit of a hassle since it was on the other side of the palm with one way in and one way out and you get stuck behind heavy traffic over the weekends due to the other larger resorts there.

Saudi Arabiathe location was a bit to far taking a taxi or Uber cost a lot of money and time, also during check out I was asked by the receptionist if I used the mini-bar and i replied that I didn’t and he didn’t trust me and sent someone to check costing me waiting time for my Uber which was disrespectful
the services is all around perfect

Czech RepublicThere is a building construction next door, so if you're windows face it, you can hear noise from 7 am.
Location is great, it is a walking distance from the waterpark. We also enjoyed the private beach and the pool! Breakfast and dinner were tasty and with a wide selection.

United StatesThere was alot of construction noise coming into our room from the resort this is being built next door. I probably wouldn't have stayed there if I had known that ahead of time.
After getting to see many different areas in Dubai and comparing the location of various resorts, C Central was my least favorite location. Because of where it was located on the Palms, it added 15 minutes to every trip. I would consider this resort a VERY GOOD budget resort.

United KingdomThe location meant we were tied into buying within the hotel, which was expensive, or getting taxis everywhere, just as expensive. When we checked in, we were offered a promotional rate for breakfast and told to just attend reception for a voucher on the days we wanted to have breakfast. Luckily we only did this once as the promotional offer was not honoured upon checkout and the breakfast we did have was certainly not worth £75! Most staff were lovely, friendly and helpful; some were miserable and rude.
The hotel itself is lovely, clean and well maintained.
