Maybe you could reduce the amount of spice in the dish. The food was delicious, but then it starts tasting the same.

Maybe, the loud music around the pool area. But I have to deal with because this is a common occurrence, in UAE.

The location, on the East Crescent, the place is incredible, near of prestigious places like the Atlantis hotels and compounds.

Nothing as such

The breakfast was good but could have been better. A usual gesture of waiter offering tea or coffee at the table was not there. The variety of food was not bad, quality can be improved.

Sun loungers and towels are a bit dated. There are 5 Bali beds which were quite expensive for 4 hours Not everything was included in AI. We did know the rooftop bar wasn’t included and the Grill restaurant. Didn’t expect the alcoholic drinks to be limited.

We went in August, and the pool temperature was 32+ degrees every day. Make absolutely sure you book with all inclusive as the prices for everything are exorbitant. If we didn’t have all inclusive we would have had to sit in the room living off water for a few days, as even a small snack from the bar was AUD$35

Great once getting there, it’s about 40 minutes via taxi/uber. 3 different pools all connected together, easy and close beach access and the buffet food was really good with a great selection.

Breakfast does not include drinks like cappuccino or caffe late It is more like a honeymoon hotel rather than a family hotel where inappropriate behavior in front of kids is unavoidable

I regret not booking the half board or AI option because when you decide to do it at the hotel the cost is very high compared with booking as i am genius 3. This resort is our family spot for the summer just perfect for the kids

Second time in C central with my son. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded last year when I asked for a room with balcony. This year i had to pay an extra because I thought I booked a room with view and balcony. I understand . The hotel is perfect for families with kids or teens the private beach is amazing. It’s located in quite area and also close to attractions like atlantis ect.

Breakfast selection wasn't great - definitely had better at other hotels Rooms didn't have much hanging space On check-in, reception tried to persuade me into paying for an upgrade to a room with a balcony as I had booked one that didn't have one......and when I didn't take them up on this offer they declared a 'free room upgrade' (clearly because they had no rooms available without a balcony!) Food and drinks were very expensive Quite expensive to get around with cabs if you don't have a car Pool very small for the number of people using it - especially at weekends Music around the pool in the afternoons was far too loud and not good at all! Walls between rooms paper thin and you could hear people in the corridors and in the neighboring rooms

Overall a good stay - decent value for money but I have stayed in better hotels in Dubai. Rooms were nice and comfortable Gym pretty good for a hotel Nice beach area Great staff - especially housekeeping and pool bar team Peaceful location on the East Crescent Very good wifi all around the hotel and grounds
