I really enjoyed the modern design, comfortable rooms, and great location at Al Seef. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the atmosphere of the property made it easy to relax. The breakfast and overall dining options were also excellent.

The check-in process took a little longer than expected, and I wish there were more shuttle/transport options directly from the hotel. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

This is my third time booked in this hotel. Good location and very clean hotel near to all shops and restaurants and souq. Staff was helpful for anything you needed. AC was not cooling well but service team coming immediately when i call and recovered the issue. Thanks and it is recommended for all.

The location is one of the highlights – just a short walk to the Creek and Al Seef, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The beds are comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend Canopy Hotel if you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay.

Can’t pinpoint exactly what I didn’t like, because everything was on point and lovely

The staff were fantastic! A big thank you to Alaa, Sarah, Bernard, and Elias—they were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in the beautiful Al Seef area. The SOL Café was a standout—great coffee and a peaceful vibe. Also the whole team at the Front Desk and Concierge were friendly

Dinner which was ala carte (main menu) and no drinks! Only water :(

The room was clean. We paid for half board. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and although small, we enjoyed dipping in the pool. However, we expected a dinner buffet but dinner buffet was main meal with water (no juice or soda) :(

Everything was perfect however I would suggest that housekeeping wipes the bathroom mirror more often. I left my fingerprints everyday to see if they cleaned it but unfortunately they didn't. Its just the basic things
