Incredibly high priced water. Should have a choice for local water also. Check in was very busy and took a long time.

Lots of activities for the kids. Obstacle course closed during the summer months which is understandable but still a lot to keep them busy. Great kids club, great options in the buffet. Very attentive life guards and friendly staff in the restaurants.

Kids entertainment rooms were small, breakfast location was very bad and crowded, no adult facilities

-Too much crowded, that makes pools not clean -Also In pools people swim in there cloth which is not good for hygiene -there was no free water around the pool, which was tough in August with the heat -The rooms were a bit too dark because of low lighting

1. Poolside Service During lunchtime at the pool, it was extremely difficult to get food service. Only one staff member was handling the entire crowded pool area, and I had to wait in the sun for a very long time before being able to place an order. Even then, the process was delayed further because the ordering device ran out of battery and the staff member did not return promptly as promised. While the staff member himself was polite, the issue clearly reflects a shortage of staff for such a busy pool area, which left guests waiting unreasonably long for basic service. 2. Towel Policy in the Evening After the pool closed, we exchanged our towel cards for yellow towels to dry the children. However, when we attempted to walk back to our room, security did not allow us to use the towels inside the hotel. The children, still wet and dripping water, were asked to remove the towels before entering. This resulted in them becoming very cold and uncomfortable, and unfortunately they fell sick afterward. I found this policy to be unreasonable, especially since the towels were officially issued to us in exchange for the cards. Both of these points, in my opinion, are not acceptable given the standards of your hotel. I hope management can review these matters to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.

We really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. The colorful design and cheerful environment made the place very appealing, especially for children. The overall setting is very family-friendly, and the facilities are well suited for kids. The staff were extremely friendly, approachable, and welcoming throughout our stay, which created a warm and comfortable experience. A special thank you to the hotel team for the complimentary anniversary and birthday arrangements. It was an amazing surprise, beautifully done, and it truly made our stay memorable. We deeply appreciated this thoughtful gesture. It is definitely a recommended place for families with young children. While I found the prices to be on the higher side, the overall ambiance and service made it a nice place to spend time in.
