the restaurant is quite small. the fitness room was not ideal where it is located it’s outside the physical building.

the property is very clean, comfortable and accessible to train station and supermarkets, shuttle bus available. I definitely come back and stay

No non-smoking floor. The cigarette smoke was very annoying at the time when we come back at night to rest. The swimming pool is located on top of a nearby, parking building, in addition its water was not clean. We were freezing, No control on the AC to make it warmer at night. 20 degrees was the highest we could reach! Outside temperate 18 degrees and the tech. told us just to raise the SET temp., which obviously did not work.

Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Excellent location. Helpful staff. Excellent looking lobby.

Room was noisy: the highway outside was clearly heard all day and night. There were no cleaning on the balcony.

Convenient location: just 30 minutes walking to Dubail Mall and 5 minutes to the metro station. Staff was always helpful, room was clean, a complimentary bottle of water every day was a nice thing! Great outdoor pool and terrace. Amazing view on the Burj Khalifa from the balcony!

the pool is very small, but it can become better if to put some more fancy things on the territory- like umbrellas, flowers, maybe open bar etc

the FREE parking with great free valet parking service .... a luxury in Dubai, don't change this.... it is great and convenient big appartment with separate bedroom Indeed not 5* hotel but all services and team very supportive and friendly great breakfast and breakfast services well located near subway station (5 minutes walk) and not far from urg Kalifa

We stayed in a one bedroom premiere apartment and were very happy with it, an almost excessive amount of space with comfortable beds and sofas, the kitchen had what you needed and there are 3 supermarkets a couple of minutes away. Only a short walk from the Business Bay Metro station the place is in a great location, it's even walkable to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall if you get stuck in the massive taxi queue at certaintimes of day. All the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly.

Long time to serve food House keeper will alter the AC when cleaning..one of the rooms was set to 10 degrees and living room 16 The whole apartment was so cold and took gorever to nutralize...our kids were so cold as well as us. And they did that 2 times. Access to swimming pool is not reasonable..you have to cross the bridege between the 2 buliding and it was not fully cover the water on floor made it slippery Then you have to go to parking lot then take the stairs 2 levels up an elveator to a different level then you arrive to outdoor pool.

There was no bar at the hotel and I have to punch the fridge on order to stop making noise 😑. But these are only details..

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk (maybe less ) from the business bay train station. 🚆 The apartments have great size and are ideal even for a family . The staff was very kind and helpful 🙂

The windows sound proofing should have been better specially for the rooms facing Shiekh Zaid road as it get too noisy from the outside traffic.

Great hotel for Families. The Apartments is specious and has all the needed amenities. Staff are specially great and helpful. Close to the hotel supermarkets and pharmacy. The hotel provides also free valet parking.

The jacuzzi was out of order - that was fine, but we were not informed. The jacuzzi was pretty disgusting with rubbish that had probably blown in and puddles of dirty water. The couches in the lounge are not very comfortable - they seem to slant forward and it feels as if the cushions are pushing one off the couch. A shuttle bus from Dubai Mall would be great.

I traveled with 14 students and a colleague. Nobody complained about any aspect of the hotel - rooms, service, breakfast, etc. It would have been great if the jacuzzi had been cleaned even if empty. The water pressure in the showers was good and ample hot water was available at all times.

very small cups, very firm and uncomfortable mattress, not the best location to get to activities but taxis are easy to find. Overall these are not big issues

very clean, spacious, staff were helpful, amazing views, good lighting, plenty of seating, en suite in both rooms and an additional WC, washing machine if needed, easy to find taxis
