Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandI found that breakfast price was too high for the food we get. We paid like 75aed per person, and it doesn't include many things or fresh pastry. Although I understand that this is "All you can eat", I'd prefer to have something more on-demand, instead of paying for a buffet.
The apartment is huge, as well as the balcony. Staff is great - friendly and helpful. I loved the dinner, chef is very good, he prepared some good biryani for me :) I know there are pizzas etc but due to the storm, the restaurant was a bit limited, but in our experience, it was good. Room service is also excellent.

GermanyThe personal at the front desk. They left us a bitter taste during hard times, especially for tourists trapped in Dubai amidst cancelled flights due to the bad floods. No communication at all when we had questions through Booking. After checking out and canceling the room within the time frame, suddenly messages came from the hotel saying that the cancellation didn’t happen, although it was canceled 2 days a prior. Somehow a feeling of scamming… Fortunately Booking cleared the issue.
Reflecting on our stay at City Premiere Hotel Dubai, we found ourselves torn between the impressive facilities and the disappointing customer service experience. Despite the spacious and well-equipped apartments, our personal encounter with the reception left much to be desired. The mishap of not finding our booking confirmation, coupled with the unwarranted message regarding payment, created unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. The heavy rains in Dubai compounded the issue, leaving us without a room and forcing us to sleep in the lobby, because we already checked out, until we were able to secure alternative accommodation due to two canceled flights. The second accommodation in the hotel was more expensive than before. Definitely the apartment was bigger but the price was too high in comparison to the day before the rains. While the location near Business Bay metro station and the convenience of a nearby supermarket were notable highlights, the sudden price hike for a new booking dampened the overall experience. Despite these setbacks, we can’t deny the potential of City Premiere Hotel Dubai, which, with optimized professionalism at the reception desk, could easily earn a higher rating. We would consider returning for the excellent facilities and location, but only if management takes steps to improve customer treatment. For the hotel itself, we’d give it a solid 8-9/ 10, but with room for improvement in customer service.

Was stuck in Dubai for a three days during the tornado. The hotel was great letting us book everyday for a day as our flight was being cancelled. We appreciate that from them. The hotel is very clean, staff is great and minutes away from downtown.

Hong KongThe bathroom condition and water pressure can be improved. No dish washing soap or cloth for cleaning is inconvenient.
We like it being closed to a skytrain station and just a few minutes ride to Dubai Mall. Despite the decoration of the rooms are a bit old style and the bathrooms conditions are a bit old. It's a comfortable stay for our family.

The location is perfect - the metro station is just in front of the hotel. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, with a lot of amenities. Personnel was very helpful and friendly.
