How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All in all i would recommend this property. It a good value for money and the Pros considerably outweigh the Cons. Pros: - location, location, location - large apartment, large rooms, clean sheets - large living room - nice full Dubai Marina view - shuttle to beach and Dubai Outlet - non stop Carrefour downstairs - exit directly in the middle of the Dubai Marina promenade - great and helpful staff - close enough to the beach Cons: - kitchen is not to well equipped, a coffee machine would help, a modern induction stove or at least a better "electrical one", dishwasher would be nice to have on long stays like ours. - the guy in the lobby that offers "discounts" does not really offer discounts, he rather offers overpriced tickets to attractions or restaurants. You are better off if you get them online.

Choice of TV channels was a bit disappointing for someone from Europe. Finding out that you had to switch on the hot water was a surprise too...
Breakfast was great, on a nice terrace looking out to the marina. Rooms very big. Bathrooms were great. Gym : excellent. Pool, perfectly fine. Upgrade was very welcome.

There are insufficient electrical sockets in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The sun beds around the pool are in a poor condition and should be replaced. Also the are not enough brollies around the pool and the ones that are there are in a very poor condition and should also be replaced.

Some things may require maintenance like the loose tap.
The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very big and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were so accommodating.

It's our 3th time in the hotel. Great value for the money. Free parking, big rooms with all facilities. The breakfast is also good.

the housekeeping staffs doesn’t clean the apartment well enough. it’s decently clean but the spick and span is missing. there were some foods my toddler dropped while eating. it’s expected when I put the “please clean my room” card outside, this should have been cleaned. it wasn’t. next day i had to specifically mention it at the reception and then it was cleaned.
the location is the best part of the property. staffs were nice and helpful. we took the breakfast package, it was decent enough. there are numerous eating option around the property plus one can order from any restaurant through apps or call. just step out to the water side from the hotel basement and you can see the buzzing nightlife

The TV. It requires attention seriously. The TV is so limited in channel availability. In addition, it's connected via deteriorating cable. The picture is so fuzzy due to bad connection (most likely). So, coming back to the room after a busy day; I would look to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching TV. Which is almost useless.

They delayed our check in by almost 1.5 hours. We came through road and i asked if we could do early checkin. Howdver instead of early check in i had to wait for 1.5 hr more to check in.
