South AfricaDeducting a stay from your credit card and not allowing you the chance to rearrange your stay due to airline inconvenience. Yet blowing smoke up your ass on how we welcome your patronage. I am at point to disassociate myself from the Hilton Group all together and advise my international concern to do the same. I have never been treated like this before.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Conrad and it was the most beautiful, amazing staff purely done to the customer service especially YASEMIN OZDERE, Assistant Guest Relations Manager is is a absolute angel. We were not happy with the room allocated to use and she went out of her way to live us to another room and ensured we were completely satisfied. Would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanness and great customer service. Can’t wait to go back
