Staff was prompt and helpful. Got an extension for checkout, ALI from housekeeping made sure our rooms were kept clean everyday. Will recommend it to family and friends.

The service in the room was not good. They forgot to leave the towels or toilet papers. During one week we had to call the reception 3 times to ask for things for the room (towels etc.) Swimming pool was open only untill 8:00 pm. Should be at least untill 10:00 pm.

Location was great, close to metro and lots of restaurant around, plus "Day to Day" shop where you can buy anything you need for a daily existence. Breakfast was good, large choice but might not be what you actually eat. Room was big with air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool and Gym

Most times, we had to wait for a clean table at the breakfast room. As people leave, the tables should be cleaned right away, to avoid having other guests waiting. The employees were all busy (and working hard!) so I guess they should hire more people.

Stayed here for 5 nights, and really enjoyed it. Good location, 3 minutes from the "City Center Deira" metro station (Red Line) and 15 min driving from Dubai Airport. The suite (with a big balcony, big windows and plenty of natural light) was very comfortable and had everything we needed for 5 nights (there is no stove or microwave!). The bed was big and very comfortable. AC working perfectly, good water pressure in the shower. The cleaning service was very efficient. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is very nice, with sun all day until sunset. If you have a car, parking is included! Overall, our experience was very good. I would definitely come back! :))

Only thing, limited options for vegetrain breakfast. Staff tried to help but repeat and limited options. I aksed for fresh juice, it was ignored.

Extremely good and friendly staff for room services. I highly appreciate UDAY, Irfan and Naseem from house keeping. Always there for help and service. Highly recommended. In restaurant- i like to appreciate Shubham (chef) .. always happy to help

Hotel provided early check in with no extra cost for which I'm very happy and thankful. Staff was always there to help. The place is kept very tidy. Anything I have asked was addressed promptly.

Perfect location close to metro, shops, city centre, restaurants and cafe’s. Easy to take metro total places in Dubai. Staff very freindly and service was in top. Breakfast good and a lot of things to choose. Liked you could order omelet, fried eggs and so. Nice Big balcony. Maybe a good idea to have some furniture on the balcony.

Really odd lack of any cutlery or crockery in the family apartment, despite there being a big kitchen...with dishwasher! Pool was closed throughout the day we wanted to use it...apparently because of breezy weather. ( Surely easily solved by ensuring there are no items on the pool deck that could take flight?)

Fabulous view from high level apartment ...beautifully spacious...with a courtyard! Effective Air cond. Lovely breakfast

Almost same breakfast every day for 8 straight days. Limited choice.

The location is very convenient with Metro station, shopping Mall, banks, and restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean and well maintain specially Ali of House-keeping was organized and friendly
