The lift is touch-less but too sensitive to operate.

The pillows in our room are not comfortable, it shrinks. The room is clean but dusting was not performed before we used it, i guess it was vacant for few days.. Dusts on the tiles floor,, carpet, the telephone when i used it and the balcony.

The location, the pool, the room size and bathroom are perfect.

The staff and the pool.

The staff are nice. Especially the housekeeping team Mr.Pawas and Mr. Ali, very courteous and helpful. Thanks to them our staycation is very pleasant.

One arabic guy in the reception who I find it hard to understand his english. He needs to work on his pronounciation cause I need to ask him again to understand what he meant. But his attitude is ok. In addition to that I got irritated when I went to the restaurant for dinner but my room was not included in the guest list so the restaurant supervisor had to call the reception for clarification. It delayed a littled bit and put me in a bad mood. But overall, the food is good. Apart from that, the water heater will take about 10 mins to heat the shower, they need to improve this.

Nothing to complain.

Staff were amazing during our entire stay . When we arrived at the hotel around noon (without early check-in requested), in less than 10 min were in a deluxe room. We also got an upgraded room without any charges. Excellent check-in process! Breakfast was also very good and with a variety of different things. Kids also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.

There were only low quality croissants and biscuits and no other sweets or pastries at breakfast . A selection of arabic pastries and sweets, like bakhlava, would be highly appreciated at breakfast. Though the windows had noise isolation, I could hear the morning prayer sound from the mosque adjacent to the hotel at 5 am! Maybe this is only during Ramadam, don't know. The hotel location was quite far from Marina and Palm Jumeirah. The guy, responsible for tickets/tours (desert safari, yacht tour, etc) offered for the same activities prices twice expensive than on online portals! This was very disappointing, because I was expecting that the hotel would have better offers for its guests than online. But it turned out they earn money on their guests by selling the same tours by the double price. So I bought the tickets for the attractions, desert safari, yacht tour, etc online.

The room and bathroom were nice and spacious. It was very convenient, that the hotel is a short walk from Metro stop City Center Deira. The location is good for travelling to/from airport, but it is 9 stops from Burj Khalifa stop and 18 stops to the Marina (DMCC stop), from where one could travel further to Palm Jumeirah. The breakfast was fine, but for a 4-star hotel one expects more variation from day to day and a selection of pastries and sweets, which were absent at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. I want to thank especially Hazem, who was very friendly and showed great hospitality to me and my 6-year-old daughter and helped us a lot with tourist information. I also recommend highly the low-priced "Day to Day" store next to the hotel, from where I bought models of Burj Khalipha, Burj Al Arab, Museum of the Future and sweets. I also bought clothes and shoes for me and for my daughter from the adjacent City Center Mall.

Breakfast wasn’t the best.

The property was very well positioned for the metro and the shopping mall. It’s also very convenient for walking to Dubai Creek, just 10 minutes to the waterfront.

We stayed in Dubai for an extended layover back to the UK. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport which was handy for our early flight the next morning. The room/suite was very nice, and we regret not being able to spend a bit more time in it to make the most of the hotel and it's facilities.

Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly The rooms were not properly clean , I had to request to move to another room as I started getting itchy from the bed sheets and developed a reaction. I told the receptionist and he told me it’s not an allergic reaction which is not true
