Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Entrance reception desk and lobby need a lot of improvement. Maintenance and renovation in the upper floors (we were told about it before checking in) rooms are a bit tired maybe that is why they are renovating now. The safety lock (chain) was removed so we did not feel safe even though they sent someone to install it later on.
Location overlooking the lagoon. Restaurant and restaurant staff were professional especially the nice man from Tunisia . Room is OK.

The hotel location is fantastic, conveniently close to Dubai, local shops, and restaurants. We appreciated the staff at the breakfast buffet restaurant, especially Jenny and Somaiya; they were very friendly, helpful, and polite. Thank you!

Breakfast there are not many varieties and the spicy dishes are few and cold

We booked half board, but didn't totally enjoy the experience because there was an issue with the system and there was nothing made for us for dinner and they had to make new dishes for us. Despite that the restorant employees were extremely professional and astonishly friendly.

There was a renovation project going on, so it was very noisy from 8 AM till 5 pm. The pool is below average. The gym is fair.

I had to change rooms which I understand happens however on changing the wifi was not a speedy .
The location was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and served the purposes of my stay. I would say everytrhing was efficient. I was there for a business. Good value for money.

Housekeeping needs some improvement when we call reception for something housekeeping people respond like after 1 hour 2 hours that needs to be changed i am not talking about housekeeping staff talking about co-ordination between reception and housekeeping facilities.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, but slept good.
The breakfast had made to order omelets and eggs. The room was clean and spacious. There was a nice walking path across the street from the hotel. Free parking in the garage.

The room was connected with lots of noise from adjacent room. I asked to changed the room many time to non-connecting but no one did anything. Breakfast lack choices and it was very crowded and dishes get empty fast. Parking was little tight for large vehicles and you do not get it if you come late. Also it was strange that there was no card reader at Parking entrance so you have to wait till some guard shows up and do some interrogation and then he will open the gate for you. There were no Pakistani TV Channels available.
The location was good near corniche. Super markets, restaurants and pharmacies around at walking distance. The room was OK and breakfast was normal. The underground parking was life saver as you can not find parking around the hotel it was totally packed. The gym although small but have all the necessary equipment for workout.

Its just that we wanted some Indian menu as well
We were very happy with are stay since it was my husband's birthday they surprised with room upgrades and cake, it was a lovely birthday surprise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the pool area is safe for kids and the staff there too are good..we really loved it and recommend others too.
