Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesWe encountered a few issues during our visit. Despite requesting an extra bed, it took several follow-ups before it was provided, causing inconvenience. The room was outdated and lacked balconies, as noted by other guests. The small elevator situation with only two elevators was inconvenient. Additionally, we opted not to return to the pool near the restaurant due to discomfort. We experienced itchiness both during and after using it, possibly due to pollen from surrounding trees. This raised concerns about the pool's cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, these issues detracted from the overall experience at the hotel. I hope these points are addressed to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.
We had a great time at this beachfront hotel. The staff were amazing, the garden was spacious and beautiful, and the food was delicious. Being just 30 minutes from Dubai made it super convenient. The warm pool and indoor play area for kids were also a big hit for us.

MauritiusWe had to pay additional fee to get early check in. The room decor is a bit old fashioned. Hotel needs to be refreshed / renovated.
Good food. Wide variety of dishes available for breakfast and dinner. We would like to say a special word of thanks for two of your staff, Mrs. Chathurika from housekeeping and another Nepalese lady at the restaurant desk. Both ladies are awesome. They are customer service oriented and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

Kids events are really good, the beach and pools were extremely clean, life guard is always there, the breakfast was diverse and superb with very good service, dinner options are limited for Arabs some how the breakfast is way better, the fruits basket was really added value to the hospitality shown (Many thanks for Mr. Ahmad for his dedicated efforts).

PolandThe windows in the room were sand dirty, which strongly affected fabulous sea view. It's worth to be aware that in whole Sharjah alcohol is forbidden - in hotel bar / restaurant there was available only alcohol free wine but no alcohol free beer. One night in the hotel there was outdoor event of external company and till middle of the night it was really loud. Fortunately it was was only 1 night out of 7 :)
Really great location. Hot water in one of swimming pools. Emazing path of palm trees and singing birds - all you need for relax is there :) Good and variety breakfast. Strong wifi, even on the beach. Free beach towels. Fresh seafood at the restaurant. Very good massage, also in good price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

IcelandThe noise… the doors are shut very loudly, we could wake up if some of our neighbors used their doors, everything from the hall could be heard. We came to this hotel to sleep and rest after long time of working non stop and already at 9am staff knocked our door for cleaning until we open. Also next to our hotel there was a building demolishing, breakfast/lunchtime you could hear it and it was VERY annoying.
Good location for a rest at the beach with clean water, staff members were helpful and polite all the time. Room was bright with all necessary for use. The territory of the hotel is big and offers a lot of activities and it’s just very beautiful as well. Breakfasts were good but lunch and dinner we preferred at the hotel Italian restaurant. It was perfect!
