LuxembourgPool area is small. Room layout was a little old fashioned with a big and pointless desk and chair badly positioned and taking up way too much space which made a decent size room feel small.
Friendly and helpful staff. Our waiter at breakfast, Mark, was particularly helpful and attentive as were all the Pool team. Location was great with direct access to the Marina walk. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great.

Saudi Arabia1.There is no private time for the ladies swimming pool, no private GYM for ladies (still we are in GCC county and we respect our manner as we respect other manner and totally open for that) But the management stuff toke this point in very healthy discussion during my check out ... Hopefully it will be resolved since there client from GCC county and Asian countries who don't with women s who prefer not to exposed part from there bodies to men during sports time and for their convent manners 2.There is no coffee machine in the room but there is boiler with tea,instant coffee bags...
The location, the facility general arrangements with nice breakfast, the workers and management stuff in general they are excellent listener for the client...I have noticed one of the stuff in the elevator and i have highlight for him the elevator temperature 🌡️ is quite high, the have immediately take my room No.and during my check out they have discusse all of my concern for future enchantment.

Delighted we chose Crowne Plaza. Best location in centre of Marina right beside Marina Mall and within easy walk to beach. All staff absolutely fantastic and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. In particular we would like to thank Joanna at reception, Crystal and Lim at Club Room, Sandy at Spa and Kawzar the pool attendant - all provided us with exceptional service. Marina View room recommended and very comfortable. Club option a must and includes all day coffee/refreshments, afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks every day 6-8pm.

The interior and the quality of the place is amazing! Being situated next to a mall the the marina area is very convenient for tourism. The staff were friendly and support. most comfortable I’ve been in a hotel.
