GeorgiaIf you don't get a room with Burj Khalifa view, you'll be facing a nosiy construction site (as of March 2023). There was a problem with a water heater, so we had to change the room. Staff was very polite and helpful, and quick to assist with the problem.
Very spacious apartments with a kitchen and a washing machine which is very convenient. The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are across the street. The staff was very kind and helpful. Decent breakfast. View is amazing (if you got an apartment with Burj Khalifa view). Overall, it's a very good price/quality ratio.

The apartament is large, very confortable, everything you need. The water from the outside pool was warm, not sure if it is heated or not, but its temperature was perfect.

United StatesWe asked for a room on an upper floor. The view was very nice, but the weather was hazy. The view of the Burj is obstructed by other buildings, but we could watch the fountain show from our balcony. Nice sized suite, very clean. Location was close to the Dubai Mall, fountain and Burj Khalifa--all within walking distance.

Perfect location, and short walk to the Dubai fountains, mall and Burg Khalifa. Most important, unbeatable value! Everything is on your doorstep and no need for taxi's to enjoy downtown Dubai!! Staff were brilliant and always available to help. Suite was very comfortable with two bathrooms and a brand new kitchen. Special thank you to Chuman and Jahangir who did an excellent job cleaning the suite.
