United StatesGym was abysmal with old machines, some of which were not working. Pool water was not warm. There is no business center to be used by the guests. I had a couple of online meetings that I had to take from my room.
Lady at checkout went out of the way to accommodate us to a bigger room. The room was exceptionally big, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently close to MOE and metro. Free parking is available. The hotel despite being an older building is very well kept and clean. Nice pool on the rooftop with city views.

United Arab EmiratesThere is one staff in the pool area, i was not able to get his name. He is not rude, he is also friendly but what we didn't like is giving instructions to us. We cannot just move to one place to other area of the pool because he doesn't want the floor to be wet, he will wipe it right away. Even how to use the towel, he will give a comment.
What we like the most is the location, the hotel place is accessible to everything like the mall, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, etc....We also how the staff approach us during check-in, specially Ms. Lucy. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. We have a comfortable stay. Its worth in terms of the value.
