The pool which is under maintenance and the waffles.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, every aspect of the service exceeded expectations. The reception team especially Mr. Mabrook was courteous, professional, and efficient. Check-in was welcoming eventhough we waited for 2 hours to prepare our room, and the staff were always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job throughout my stay ( i forgot their names). Our room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly maintained. Special thanks to the housekeeper who went above and beyond. Every request I made was handled promptly and with genuine care by Ms. Mona. Her attentiveness and professionalism made a big difference. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. It’s clear that the entire team is committed to providing excellent guest experiences. Kudos to the whole team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Valet parking was terrible, no proper space to park or wait and it takes so much of timw to reclaim your vehicle, once i hax to go myself to get my vehicle cdom Valet parking

Everything is good,but the Room's illumination needs to be increased.Else the reception Staff,the housekeeping and Restaurent staff and services are perfect.

the Location is superbbb!! 2 minutes walk to Burjuman Mall and Metro Station.The Breakfast buffet is very Lavish and vast,for vegetarians,Non Vegetarians, and for every type diet following People. the best part is Dinner,It's really delicious and rich. They make you feel like a Royals.

Seems like a few corner have been cut in terms of their cleaning and facilities. We were here before when the hotel had newly opened and it was a spectacular experience. We missed the experience of the Hilton welcome cookie (not a major thing but small touches make a difference). Check in area was very busy but staff attended to us very promptly and professionally

We had a 16 hour layover and decided to get a sleep here, enjoy the wonderful breakfast. It is a great spot as it’s between the airport and Dubai mall making it very convenient for a quick stop over.
