Sri LankaWhenever we enter the 15th floor, it was having smoke smell. Pool is considerably small and the room sizes are different and was not up to the expectation. We had a Friday night buffet but it was not up to the standard.
Property is located at a prime location where Malls, Supermarkets, Shops nearby. The property is clean and staffs were very friendly. They made sure every request were fulfilled and made sure to check whether our stay is pleasant. Breakfast buffet was decent and worth for money. Buffet team was very friendly.

United Arab Emiratessmall things that do not help you to keep peace of mind during your stay but irritate like hell: (1) no hair dryer in the room - on request only, (2) room not ready while you are coming at 6:00 PM while check-in starts at 3:00PM and you have already paid for the room in advance!, (3) access to the swimming pool and the gym via room card only, (4) claustrophobic swimming pool area - people almost stomping on you laying on a deckchair 🫣

When we arrived at the hotel, we saw some guests leaving the hotel and being given cookies. When we were checking out and asked for cookies, we were told that they are only offered at check-in.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome set the tone for the entire experience. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I really appreciated the convenient location in the heart of Fujairah, close to shops and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities including the pool well maintained and enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh options and the quality was excellent. Overall, this property perfectly blends comfort, hospitality and convenience.

I took half board and dinner was served in the restaurant at the hotel, but tea was not included in the price and once I ordered it separately, I was given exactly the same tea bag as available in the room free of charge, but in restaurant it cost me 20Aed. To my mind, tea should be included in half board as it is done in other hotels in Fujairah.
Hotel is new, comfortable, staff is helpful.
