We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab EmiratesCleanliness of the pool, dusty washroom like someone cleaned it but in a rush… Coffee maker hasn’t cleaned. And the building is already old and not well-maintained. Luggages from concierge were 1 hr late also on check out.
Got an hour delayed on check-in since it is holiday as per the supervisor. But atleast she gave us an upgrade for the hassle and a late check-out.

NetherlandsMy stay at this hotel was an incredible experience. The facilities are beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. But what really made my experience special was the service from the Housekeeping Manager Alvin. There was a small issue with the room I initially booked. I mentioned this at the hotel, and I have to say, Alvin really went above and beyond to make things right. He immediately offered me a much better and far more luxurious room with a private pool, and the price was incredibly reasonable. As a lovely bonus, we also received a very nice birthday surprise, which made the experience even more special and personal. The quick response and willingness to find a solution really impressed me and made all the difference in my stay. It’s rare to see such a high level of customer care. I’ll definitely return because of the excellent service! This hotel not only offers amazing facilities but also has staff that genuinely cares about their guests. I’ll definitely be returning!

United Arab EmiratesThe house keeping barged in and we didn’t even open the door. So that particular thing has bothered us that how can someone come in when we didn’t open the door. And the receptionist Keith told us that it’s a protocol that if in 3 door bells you dnt open the door the house keeping can come in. His attitude towards us was so bad that he made us feel like this is our first time in a 5 star and we should be ok with it. It was very disrespectful but we do believe some of the staff do such things in hotels and they should look into it.
