we have stayed at Flora Al Barsha before and have found the hotel very comfortable and clean, staff very helpful and it is very handy to the metro and Mall of the Emirates. the rooms are large and the bathroom is nice, and no noise at all.

Traffic noise in the room was loud, recommend a room at the rear of the hotel. During our stay we charged things to our room expecting to settle up at the end of our stay but reception rang us twice in one day asking us to come and settle our bill, they said it was normal policy but I have never experienced it before in all the hotels I have stayed at.

Our suite was very specious, clean and well equipped, all the staff were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next door to the shopping mall but getting there on foot is challenging

all is good, but a little detail regarding breakfast; not up to my expectations, lack of many basic items, they could add more choices of cheese, jam, bread, the food serving area is very small in regards to the hotel rating?! they should improve it, they should add better food options, to me, hotel breakfast is very important to start my day, and helps in hotel rating.

Hotel decoration , carpets , facilities , spa , price too expensive for regular hotel. If I come next time, I would not stay with my familiy because it only give you Fit to Purpose Hotel

Location and how near it is to the MOE , it took me only 5 minutes to be inside MOE and that is a fantatstic thing especially if you have your famility with you

It was close to 2 metro stations, easy accessible. I arrived early and Kumar tried.to allow me to check in early, but the hotel was fully booked. I still had some work to do and could catch up on some emails before my room was ready.

The only downside is that it's pretty close to the main highway. If you're the type that gets woken up by lambos roaring past, ask for a room further away.

Proper large reception lobby, good large toilets, great water pressure, clean and decent sized rooms and comfy beds. The best of all, it's literally next to the mall of Emirates. Breakfast is not luxurious but is definitely proper to cater to most tastes.

This hotel is located a few minutes from the Mashreq Metro Station 1 and the Mall of the Emirates. Location's safe with many shops and restaurants. The room is large, cozy. Varied breakfast. Daily hotel service. There's great refreshing pool on the roof. The gym is well equipped. 2x daily free transport to Jumeira Public Beach (beach towels for a refundable fee). Quality wi-fi.
