Excellent staff they were kind enough to give us complementary breakfast for our special visit.Really good breakfast with excellent locality. They are really accommodating and caring. Must to stay here whoever visit Dubai.

I wish the swimming pool would have been open for longer hours.

Very clean and comfortable. The room was excellent size, and all the staff had a good attention to detail. They were very kind and respectful, and each day there were complimentary bottles of water in our room, which definitely felt like an extra touch to the cleaning. There is a metro station very near. The breakfast was great, and room service food was great quality and reasonable priced! I 100% recommend!!!

Room didn't have the fresh coffee that was advertised for, only the pot, was nescaf sachet. Location to metro in summer with hot humid weather isn't great to walk, expect discomfort.

A lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious, well designed, clean, comfortable. A fridge is available in the room with complimentary water bottles. There's supermarket in the area if you needed snacks. The location is good with the metro station close by, 1 min walk, overlooking dubai creek. Breakfast was good, a buffet of international food for everyone and I was able to ask for gluten free bread and walnuts that were missing from buffet.

The ongoing constructions but thank goodness there are no construction sounds that bothered us.

We love the spacious, clean and cold rooms on this hot summer. The lobbies are clean and well air conditioned. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Ms Janel assisted us in our check in and provided extra bed for the kids. The breakfast was good, variety of food to choose from plus the staff are really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The metro view of the train is a sight our kids enjoyed from our room. There rooms are really good for families. Overall our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend.

We expected some sleepers in our room as the floor was stone and feel a little bit cold. There were just two power plugs in our room that we had to charge our phones and batteries one by one!

It was a modern and clean property with friendly staff. They gave us extra bed for our son to be comfortable which was a big relief!

First of all I came from hotel line as well, so I know very well how to handle the guest and situation, just little bit need to improve is body language, eye contact, and the way we talk to customer( not all staff)

The location is very good, the reception is very kind and polite, they are friendly as well. We have liltle bit struggle with the tv I ask help from house keeper, he is very helpful he bring a back new rv remote immediately for us.
