The swimming pool is small and does not match the size and elegance of the hotel. However, the pool remains divided into two sections throughout the year for swimming lessons. Moreover, even at midday, the pool stays divided although no swimming classes are taking place. In general, all the health club/Spa requires development and improvement in service quality

I like cleaning, staffs and services

The room was just what I needed. I loooooooved the breakfast and the staff. There was one member of staff from Myanmar with the name "Shine Shine" who was an excellent hostess. And the service by a robot was a new one for me. I enjoyed an early morning swim which was amazing. Not to mention the view from my room was amazing. The staff helped me book a taxi to Sharjah Aquarium which was a huge saving.

I wish I had requested for a medical mattress. I really have nothing to complain about.

Very good treatment from the staff, hotel has free parking area, the breakfast has wide variety with very welcoming staff.

One of the rooms had smoke smell

It was very good price and excellent service. Myi Lae Lae and Monisha were very helpful.
