Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel; however, interacting with a pool staff member could have been more professional. Being reprimanded for taking extra towels to an empty pool first thing in the morning is far more accessive in my book, making me feel uncomfortable and disrupting my morning routine when I was swimming. Minus the pool staff's ignorance, the rest of the team was extremely welcoming, and I would recommend it to family and friends. The room furniture where somewhat old The carpents where very dark The light llumination was poor in the room

The staff particularly the front desk where very cooperative In the 2nd day Mr Osama the head of admistration of the hotel was very kind man and very helpful in choice of a very good and clean room for us He was really the typical man for his job, I congratulate Ghaya hotel for having such an excellent director

Very noisy in corridor. People coming back into rooms at 4:00 am, screaming, shouting, laughing. Checking in/out very slow, in queue. Only one serving at reception.

1) No metro or tramp stations. 2) Very far from Dubai Mall & Jumeira & Deira 3) No cafes or restaurants can be reached by walking, you need car. 4) cleaning is not scheduled and towels are old and not adequately clean.

1) Price for two bedrooms suite is reasonable for a very good hotel. 2) liked the area around the hotel especially the jogging track and the City Center. 3) very close to the Global Village, IMG, Dubai Marina, new Emmer Mall by car. 4) mini market and pharmacy inside the hotel. 5) free & safe parking
