The hotel staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are well cleaned. I recommend to anyone who wants to stay in this area of ​​Dubai

I was promised an early check-in by the hotel staff who called me a day before and I explained that I was arriving early. However I was told to wait till 2pm in the afternoon upon arrival. The elevator is small and hallway carpets need renovating. The pool at the floor have a great view of the Dubai city but it is very small.

The room is great. Have a nice bed, clean and well attended. Great staff especially Mohamed Saber, who was helpful in changing the room when it the one provided to me was smelling a bit funny. The breakfast is great and the kitchen staff are more than willing to help and support you. They went out their way to provided me with granola for the days I was staying there. The location is good, however it is 15 minutes walk from the the union metro, which feels more under the Dubai sun. the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. You need at list 20 to 60 minutes metro ride to get to all Dubai's highlights. The hotel is clean however the lobby and structures don't feel like 5 stars. All the aluminium in the structure makes it looks not modern.

If you are a beach lover, this is probably not the best location but the rooftop pool is so good this more than makes up for the long distance to the beach. The both minor detail that could be improved is the long delay before hot water reaches the upper floors.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop swimming pool and cafe was a fabulous facility and the bedrooms were huge, but the best feature was the staff who were all super friendly and helpful. This was exceptional value for money.

It is an amazingly beautiful hotel, the rooms are extremely modern and clean, the kindness of the personell is fantastic. Airport 15 minutes by taxi, it is in a central location. Breakfast and dinner were varied and the dishes were very delicious.We were totally amazed by the view from the rooftop pool. Everything is extremely expensive un Dubai, so expect to fork out.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing. The breakfast good and room comfortable and clean. The hotel is on the Creek, so if you want to be closer to all the attractions, I suggest a hotel closer to the waterfront.

Amazing hotel, excellent service, excellent breakfast. They upgraded our rooms free of charge. We got rooms on high floors with a view of the lake. Temperature regulation in the shower wasn’t even. I got scalded a couple of times, presumably as other people elsewhere took showers.

The rooms are spacious and attractive. It’s easy walking distance to the metro and not too far from the airport (10-15 mins in off-peak traffic) Checkin was good. Mr. Johan was very efficient, dealing with 2 separate bookings. My aunt (90) commented how friendly and welcoming he was.
