After enduring the chaos of two canceled flights due to heavy rains in Dubai, our stay at Avenue Hotel Dubai became a welcomed necessity. Despite the unexpected circumstances, we found solace in the comfort and convenience offered by the hotel. The included breakfast provided a much-needed respite, allowing us to recharge before tackling the uncertainties of travel. The staff’s professionalism and understanding during this challenging time were commendable, making us feel valued as a guest. While the situation was less than ideal, Avenue Hotel Dubai provided a reliable sanctuary amidst the storm, earning our gratitude and a solid 8/10 rating

cleanliness, some hair in the bathroom not cleaned well bed sheets are clean however, old and has holes on it cover is too short TV channels did not work

For value for money, there was nothing significant to dislike other than the fridge did not get cold, probably needs replacing.

I missed at the breakfast fresh Jam and Fish, but is is a wish, not a big critic!

Breakfast was enough. The cook and waiter were very friendly and helpful. For me it was very well. Complaints were resolved immediately and the staff were always ready to make my stay as safe as possible. The breakfast was sufficiently stocked with differently prepared hot dishes. I would have liked a little more selection of jam and fish. Overall sufficient and a good start to the day. The care in the gym and at the pool by the very nice and considerate employees was very pleasant. Many thanks to the employee.

I was leaving earlier and couldn't have breakfast. Hotel cannot change breacfast on departure day to the breakfast on arrival day.

When I opened the door of the room, it felt like I am stepping into 80s or 90s. The furniture was old the same the devices (tv, hairdryer). 6 bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, most probably from being heavily overused all those years. Unacceptable for a four star hotel. Finally, I got the feeling that there are no windows or isolation at all. The balcony is locked, but the windows are so thin and old that you can hear every noise from the busy street in front in addition to the wind. A renovation is very much needed

The location is key for this hotel. Quite near the airport and directly on the red metro line that brings you fast to the city center. Also, the staff was helpful, storing my luggage since I arrived earlier than the check-in. Decent price. Overall, it was acceptable for one night's stay. I couldn't see myself staying longer to be honest.

Room was freezing even though I had the heat on 30 degrees, the water didn’t stay warm very long and I couldn’t figure out how to turn all the lights on in the room

Old TV by new modern standards, channels don’t match the supplied list, channels are very limited compared to other hotels in the same range.

They don’t allow an Early Check-in, the room is quite old and so are the facilities. This Hotel is just really for sleeping. They have very few 3-pin outlets and some are even loose, and would short circuit.

The location is accessible to a lot of restaurants, 8-10mins walk from the Metro station and the room they gave me is quiet.

Poor quality internet connection and soft mattress that hurt our backs.

It was close to many shops that are open till late. Also, very close location to many malls by car. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. Big sized room with good air condition.
