Wifi - Below average & sometimes not working

In summary, this place provides excellent value for the money. The breakfast was superb, the bed comfort was exceptional, and the location was highly convenient. The cleaning staff performed exceptionally well, and the rest of the staff were also very competent. The washroom was well-maintained. The highlight was the lounge on the top floor, offering a breathtaking view of the Burj Al Arab and Khalifa at night! The only downside was the wifi, which could be improved.

The room was OK but no fresh air for some reason though the air con was working . needs walk in shower as had difficulty climbing over the bath for a 72 year old was scary plus could not stay in room at all as view was not desirable. Had to go down to sit as no fresh air in Room . Wifi was slow When reached the hotel had to pay extra for my partner THOUGH on Booking .com when booked it was for Mr and Mrs two persons. When told the reception it said it is for one person in room. They said you can short it out with Booking .com Did not debate and paid extra. It was obvious the we were two - husband and Wife. Reception should have rectified by asking the manager. As on Booking.com Portal we paid for two persons and not one. Husband and Wife

The hotel needs to be updated. Keys should be tap entry, needs extractor fans in bathrooms, or a fresh air system. Nothing ever dries, which increases the need for towels to be replaced regularly. Also, carpets need to be deep cleaned more regularly to reduce smells. The air-condition should not be the depended on for that. TV needs to be updated to smart, and WiFi is very spotty in rooms and hit or miss in the bathroom.

Lunch/ Dinner provisions should be made in Gharana Raut rite to for Ved Indian guest if they book half board package.

Brekafast excellent but Budaun lunch/ dinner was not good as we could not find any Indian Vegetarian disc like Kadai paneer Daal roti maan etc. we purchase this from gharana restaurant at extra cost.

The room was good and the breakfast up to standard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, hotel is in the vicinity of a mall.

The rooms are a little dated now, and could do with a refresh. The have a sink in the bathroom, but this was cracked. The repairs are visible, as are dents and scratches on the wood. The breakfast is almost identical everyday - and this too should be varied slightly. The breakfast juices have always been bad and need to be changed entirely. The Coffee and Tea is hit or miss, Most days it has been cold, as well as from the Coffee machine. I asked them to turn the temperature up ,but they were unable to.

The location is very close to Al Mashrek Metro station, so ideal if you want to travel by Metro. They also provide free parking, which is spacious. The staff are pleasant and attentive. The room size we got were bigger than normal, thanks to the Duty Manager and were adequately equipped. There are many restaurants within walking distance (mostly Indian/Pakistani) and a few supermarkets nearby. You are close to Jumeria Beach and the Palm, as well as Wild Wadi
