The cleaning staff is particularly exceptional, and I was impressed by how they keep the rooms immaculate, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Mr. Edward and Miss Mao are two of the hotel's shining stars, and I must commend them for their exceptional service. Mr. Edward is knowledgeable, courteous, and always ready to assist guests with their needs. His recommendations on the best places to visit in the area were spot-on, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. I would also talk about MR savito. Overall, it is clear that Savito is a valued member of the J5 hotel team, and guests appreciate his exceptional service and friendly personality. The bathroom was not very comfortable. Needs to be renewed. Walk-in showers would be much more practical and hygienic. Water pressure on the 8th floor was poor.

J5 Hotel Port Saeed is very conveniently located. Our room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was very satisfying. But 5 stars go to the staff! Every member of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

AC: I can't adjust temperature, was too cold in the room. But when turned it off it was ok. Some noise disturbs from neighbors thru the door between the rooms.

Everything was good at J5 Hotel Port Saeed. Good location, near airport. Metro station in 8 minutes walk. Shopping mall and supermarkets nearby. Easy check in and out, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, with equipped kitchenette, bathroom clean, toiletries provided. Breakfast with a good dish choices. Recommended.

We stayed at the J5 Hotel Port Saeed for 9 nights and everything was perfect: welcome, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, size of the room, location of the hotel near the metro for getting around, nearby supermarkets.
