It was crowded at the time of entering the hotel, which caused some delay because it was Eid time

We had a great time at the hotel, especially water games and swimming in the sea. It was also a nice gesture from the hotel to agree to delay check-out time until 4 pm as the children enjoyed playing in the water park for a long time

This was our 3rd time at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi and as usual, it was exceptional. The facilities are fantastic, the variety of restaurants and the quality of food served is unbelievable. Location is excellent: whether you want to go visit the Palm or downtown Dubai, a 20 minute ride pretty much gets you anywhere. And last but not least, the staff are so friendly, helpful and forthcoming. Especially Vinoth(the doorman) was so kind, always helping us to find a car and assisting us with our inquiries. We‘ll surely be back:-)

Had to move room as initially placed next to crying baby and v noisy family. Noise from Barasti beach every night and building work just outside.

Amazing staff. Always helpful and polite. Beautiful site, perfect for young families. Kids club was fantastic. Room was cleaned perfectly. Fish restaurant on beach was great.

1- Very poor breakfast with limited food choices EXACTLY the same everyday. We stayed for 7 nights and had half board but I was really disappointed with the breakfast. Dinner was ok and some nights were better especially Fri and Sat night as they had arabic and french entertainment. 2- Old hotel with old furniture, boring and dated lobby, dark and old looking restaurant with average food. The bathrooms looked very dated and definitely needs huge renovations. You don't expect to pay £600/night and stay in a 5 star hotel which looks like 3 star in fact.

1- Polite and professional reception staff who immediately resolved all the issue escalted to them. 2-Room cleaning was done daily at the high standard level. 3- Nice waterpark and playground area but don't expect to go to the beach as the water is very cold in February. The water is swimming pools were nice and warm. 4-Comfortable bed and quiet rooms with good sound isolation. 5- I loved Westin Mina restaurant atmosphere more so we mainly had our dinner over there. I would probably stay at Westin next time as you can use all the waterpark ans facilities of both hotels.

The concierge promised us to order a 5 seater Taxi with a big space for our bags but ended up in a small taxi and worrying about my son being hit by one of our suitcase at the back.

The price of food is very expensive in the hotel... outside our balcony, there was construction work, and the drilling started around 6am, which was very annoying

Some areas at the beach/poolside you can’t seat at, unless you spend a certain amount of money.

Different experiences in different pools was nice and you can never get bored. We also had access to different restaurants for breakfast. The breakfast array is amazing and kids are well catered for. The slides, wave pool and beach were the highlights for the kids

Our room and the hotel in general were perfectly clean but the amenities like air conditioning and bathsink got broken several time and needed to be fixed. The interior is not the newest, though it's still ok. The sea view is blocked by the constructions on the other side of the channel, so the sea reminds more of a lake, we decided to go to public beaches because of that several times, but aqua park still saves the situation and is a lot of fun for kids.

The personnel was very helpful and always quickly responded to our requests. Rajib our housekeeper was very careful, the room was always clean and we felt really comfortable. The same with the personnel at the entrance. Amandeep and Vinoth were very careful and made a very good impression from the first step in the hotel. The breakfast offered a vast variety of food, and though we stayed 2 weeks we didn't feel bored from it. 2 times there were queues in front of the restaurant but the staff was very competent and managed it quickly. The aqua park was also a lot of fun for the kids, we stayed there much more often than at the beach.
