Extortionate prices, across Dubai with nothing 'substantive' to offer a visitor.

Hotel location is good, with direct access to public beach (hotel has no private beach). fascilities and breakfast are good. Dubai overall, as is the hotel, extremely expensive for what it offers a visitor Specially a repeat visitor.

I extended my stay one more day and Hotel charged me 1100 euros for one extra night, for the room 526, that was located above noisy hotel ventilation. I could not sleep all night. Since I am in hotel business myself, I consider these things as inappropriate business - despite the fact that revenue departament made a call. I have been staying in this hotel last 15 years. These kind of loyal guests should not be treated this way. Despite that, as a sign of my loyalty, I will give a good grade.

Somehow taxies did not find their way to the hotel-entrance. There were long waiting-lists. This service could be better arranged.

As our room included executive lounge access, we did use the lounge and its services a lot, including breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour snacks and drinks. It was extremely comfortable with good choices and friendly and helpful service. We would like to point out Meerim, Roy, Komal, Rebeca and many others who made us feel at home. The hotel has a vast outdoor area with three pools, private beach and numerous sunbeds all over the territory. You get the sensation of an oasis in the city-center. Everything is very well taken care of. Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable with a big balcony and sea-view. Cleanliness was exceptional.

In bathroom very little space to put jars of creams

I am traveling a lot , but this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been . Service at the highest level. Stuff very kind , nice , always make as much as possible you asking for . The food is very diverse and tasty . Beautiful view , nice beach and many sun beds , any time find where to stay .

Everything was amazing, only thing I would say is that the hotel bar is a sports bar which has the football which mainly suits men.

The hotel was a genuine 5 star resort, perfect location, beds were comfortable and rooms were gorgeous! A well thought out bathroom and all amenities catered for. Although it was completely sold out it never felt over crowded and there was various pools and the beach to visit so each day felt different! Restaurants were amazing and the daily brunch had lots of options! the Staff and service set them out from the crowd! Loved the beach bar, the music and the band!

Cleanliness not always great: at breakfast there was some food on the floor for quite some time before staff came to clean it up. Property is overall well maintained, but there is a big difference between the three towers: they have been refurbished in different times, so the quality of the room changes depending in which tower it is. Weird selection of fragrances to refresh the public areas when cleaning, not really nice smell.

Very good breakfast, very good selection, fresh ingredients and quick turnaround even when full. Very nice big territory, with a large beach and located walking distance from JBR. Staff always tried to go above and beyond, whenever we had a request. Good selection and food at the beach. Clean water.

This hotel is close to a beach club and has very loud music from 1600hrs if you are staying on the right hand side of the property or sat in the gardens/beach

I was bombarded with emails, text messages and notifications from the hotel asking me to pay for the first night even though I had booked free cancelation until the day of arrival. (booked on Friday for arrival on Monday and free cancelation until Sunday midnight) On arrival, the hectic reception staff made us pay the bill right away, which I don’t mind, but they forgot that I had paid already for one. This left me with a bad first impression. The room was located on the first floor and near the lifts, which left us with a lot of noise from the brasserie underneath and limited our view. It isn’t the first time that I get a ‘bad’ room after booking on booking.com. It’s like my money isn’t worth the same when not directly booking with the hotel, and I don’t appreciate that at all.

Beach location, big resort with 3 Pools, Marina and JBR in walking distance, high quality services, friendly and courteous staff.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The view and scenery were exceptional, and the services are simply perfect. You couldn't ask for more.

only one thing I can mention which I actually forgot to tell at the reception: our balcony had two locks to be safe family room and the top lock was broken. nothing alarming but just came into my mind now when started to think about it.

We had a wonderful stay We arrived at 7am and usually need to wait for check in afternoon, they surprised us with a immediately check in and even upgrade us to a suite :) The staff superb Next time again
